1 ★First step just keeps saying invalid serial number call support during business hours. Same error wirh QR picture or manual entry.
5 ★This app easily connected my faucet to wifi and is great for tracking water usage and changing settings of the faucet. It easily guided me through the process of connecting both Google and Alexa which both work for controlling it. It is nice to get exact water amount without measuring cups.
4 ★Spoke to support, you will need to enable BOTH skills for moen if you have the shower and faucet. They are planning to collapse the ecosystem into a single app and skill in Alexa. Until they do your alexa may hey confused which skill to use for moen. But they are fixing it be patient.
2 ★Dl the u moen app first teying to connect my kitchen faucet. Obviously didn't work. Found this one, been trying to connect it to my wifi and every time just blinks blue and amber and never connects? Every other device on house works perfectly fine. So I really don't know?
3 ★After some finagling to get Alexa connected, the faucet rocks but the app not so much. A little buggy and features need enhancement. There is no way to edit or delete presets, for example.
1 ★App does not work. Cannot link to Google home. App crashes constantly. Cannot remove faucet from account when trying to troubleshoot.
4 ★EDIT: Do not use the Google or Facebook sign in option if you are trying to link this app to Google assistant. I initially signed in via Google and the app would not link no matter what I tried. I then decided to delete the device then delete my account and sign up using the Moen account sign in option and it linked first try. the FAQs should have this flaw listed. if you sign in via Google via oAuth let me link an email login aswell and boom you just fixed the only flaw with this app.

1 ★I am unable to create an account in the app. I tried creating an account on my computer through the Moen webpage and using that to login, but the app says my user does not exist. This app is worthless the way it is working now.
