Bus incharge they not react the about issue. ome time i complaint AC water leakage on my bad i request to change the bad or clesr issue they not react again. i never book ticket again. i suggest my frnds also.

They made this drama to give seats to other customers .

1 ★Never ever book this travels buses. Our normal government buses are far better than their AC sleepers. On top of that the drivers behave rudely and arrogantly. And called many times to their help line about the issue and nobody cares.
1 ★Today I booked one ac seat from bapatla to hyd. My fate I didn't test at starting point ,at the middle of the journey I turned ac knob.it was not working ,so immediately I spoke with driver regarding the issue,simple he said yes ,we know that ac was not working for some seats and it was under repair ,there is no option adjust with the cooling for a while. I don't have any option I am at the middle of the journey so I continued but now onwards I will never book this travels
