5 ★Does most everything the local Viewpoint app does. Taking calls now via data network just like an extension or my desk phone. When doing so, calls are still tracked, logged, recorded, etc. by the core Wave platform which is awesome. I can quickly IM the office which is also logged for admins. Integration with Exchange and/or Outlook is very solid. We are currently on Exchange 2010 and going to 2013 soon. The most recent Viewpoint Mobile 2.0 is a big step forward.
2 ★Major battery usage. Widget has issue where im icon switches from on to off like a strobe light. Impossible to keep this app installed with the amount of battery usage.

5 ★Feature rich mobile app to keep me connected to my customers & inside staff. Easy to use.
5 ★This makes working from home & on the road an absolute breeze. I get notified anytime I get a call at work and I can take the call on my cell phone if I want to. I use the widget to change my personal status without even having to load the app. I even receive IM's without having to leave the app open. I don't even have to know a coworker's DID number in order to call them - just tap on their name and the call is setup instantly, and I can even run a conference call from the app. Truly amazing, I haven't seen anything like it before.
5 ★Excellent features. Works in the office on our wifi, then when I walk into my house, I am connected. No minutes, no charges. If I walk out in the yard and the wifi is poor it tells the party I am talking with to hold on and the system calls my cell...no lost call. Naturally you could use any wifi it is encrypted so it is safe too. Wow it just got better the new 2.1 features added even more of a reason you gotta have!
5 ★With ViewPoint Mobile, now I can connect to our Wave system and take control of my work related calls from my cell remotely. This allows me to remain connected with my coworkers despite being offsite, and without revealing my personal cell phone number to my coworkers. Additionally, I'm able to IM with my coworkers just like I do in ViewPoint Desktop. I'm also able to listen to and manage my Voice Mails as well as forward them on to other coworkers which need to be concerned with the message. The widget is a nice way to quickly see if you've missed any calls, IMs, or Voice Mails while out and about as well as quickly change your Personal Status to update your availability to other coworkers. Overall, the app works well and includes the functionality I'd expect from ViewPoint Desktop in a mobile app.
5 ★Easy to use. Keeps me connected to my business when I need to be, wherever I am. I can be part of a call center, or be part of a confrence call by using my mobility application and not my cell phone number. No forwarding, just simple routing however I choose.
