1 ★'Modify System Settings', for a coupon?!, I think not! It just opens the same online coupon page, with all the offers for whatever the hell snus is. After it digs into your phones system at startup, it does locate you at the store to use the coupon, unlike their site that usually says "You must be at the register to redeem this offer" when you're standing right there, usually with a line of pissed off people all waiting on you to finish playing with your phone. Just mail us the damn coupons!
5 ★love discount cigarettes. I do not like that you get a coupon every week for snus. I didn't sign up for snus nor will I ever buy snus. Itd be great if you had the option to only use cigarette coupons. Other than that it's fantastic. Oh if you're using a coupon for 2 packs make sure the cashier has both packs scanned before they scan the coupon. I lost a 2.50 off 2 packs coupon because I closed the app after it was scanned. the computer rejected the use of it and I lost that coupon forever.
1 ★The app takes more than 5 minutes to load when it loads at all at my preferred store. The app is trying to push me into using SNUS since I get twice the coupons for that than I do for cigarettes and they are for more money off, I can not block them from loading. Most of the time my coupon goes unused, I always used the ones they mailed me. The app wastes valuable space on my phone. I hate this app more than any other app that I have to keep on my phone for a few dollars a year. Bring back paper
1 ★Update 7/9/20 Amazingly this app is STILL trash! Clearly they aren't concerned about customers or their issues w/the app. Still forces you to use a pin to sign in too! Time to uninstall! 8/17/19 Coupons changed, only ONE coupon every 7 days! Camel used to offer more than one a week. Can't use coupons in some stores on the list b/c it doesn't detect you are in the store. Both my husband & I have an acct, but it doesn't give you the option to sign into a 2nd acct b/c you're forced to use pin?

Makes me update every time i try to use it & then as im standing at the checkout, it says 'you must be in the store to use this' & won't give me my coupon.This app sucks. It wont keep me logged in & has security level like its a bank app. Its cigarette coupons FFS. EDIT: installed again because hard $ times & it takes FOREVER 2 load each page & still won't work at 1 specific store. "You must be in the store 2 do this" I AM! Gimme paper coupons again!
1 ★waste of time...for the past 2 months, I have been unable to use my coupons. After logging in to the app, ( which I think is ridiculous. It's installed on MY phone, why do I need to log in every damn time I try to use it? ) and choosing the store, when I hit redeem, I get a message saying I must be in the store. Idk how to get any more "in" the store. I'm already standing at the register! Fix it please, I'm seriously considering switching brands.
1 ★Everywhere I go the GPS is always of for the redeem of them. I was going threw albert city iowa and the GPS says the location of the store was like 2 or 3 miles directly south of where I was standing which was at the registrar. And there's a truck stop at highway 3 and highway 71 in iowa thought I'd get them there and again standing at the registrar and it says I need to get closer to location which shows in the middle of the parking lot! I ended up paying full price for 2 packs of my cigs 🤬
1 ★So the coupons are only accepted at certain places. Just because an address is listed doesn't mean they accept them. The second thing I don't like is that there's a sign that flashes on the bar code. I haven't had any luck finding anyone that has been able to make it scan, effectively making the coupons useless.
5 ★The app has been working really good lately which is nice. Had a lot of problems early on with stores taking it or not being able to make the barcode work. Good job improving and listening to your customers on what needed you be changed.
1 ★No longer compatible with my phone. Why is a Samsung phone not compatible? It does have good coupons but sometimes it says I'm 9 miles away from the store I'm standing in and why does it need access to change system settings? PIN login or fingerprint login never works.
2 ★I just downloaded this app, but I am uninstalling it before I even open it. I've been using the website for years to access my coupons, and from the reviews I've read, I'm going to be much better off just continuing to do that. It may be a little slow to load at times, but that's more likely a reflection on my wifi rather than the website. Thanks, but no thanks on the app.
1 ★It will never let me log in. It always gives me some error code. It's not worth the trouble, not nearly. I'm uninstalling it, and I'm not ever going to install it again. This will be like the fourth time I've tried. I give up. It's really too bad, too. They do have good coupons, but they have some terrific bugs, and I wouldn't even bother trying. Stay away from it, Camel smokers.
