2 ★My fish are not showing up at all. I created a new fish and it also wouldn't show up.
5 ★Chill and relaxing game. I love the graphics too.
1 ★Contacted devs over missing game saves, and missing paid items (have accumulated a lot since 2018), and have been completely shut out since without my game save, I don't have their user tag bs they need. This is NOT good customer service. It's outright rude, disrespectful, and I will be reaching out to Google Support as the refusal to help me is not okay. EDIT: You do not care that I have no fault, that I spent money, that you refuse to refund money or services. This is thievery.
2 ★Video ads haven't worked in a while and you can't do a lot of necessary things without the ads. No daily task rewards, no refreshing the skills, no refreshing the hermit crab, no getting event currency through ads, no free materials or gems or pearls. Some event fish require you to watch ads for event currency or materials, now you can't get those since ads don't work. Edit:reset ad I.D. in Google, tested ad reward and didn't work, uninstalled/reinstalled app, ads still don't work for my device

2 ★Ever since I downloaded this app again, 9 times out of 10 it fails on startup. I can have no other apps open, have just restarted my phone, and perfect wifi, and it still crashes as soon as I open it. Can't rate the gameplay if I can't even PLAY the GAME lol Note: as I have seen people recommend this before, I have a brand new 2020 phone, and PLENTY of RAM space. There's no reason for it to crash on my end.
1 ★Spent a lot of time and some money on an event only to be told that the event description was wrong and I couldn't actually unlock the fish I should've been able to. The game has a lovely atmosphere but it is ruined by misleading and incorrect information within the game itself.

2 ★I used to play this a few years back, then stopped. Now it's half as relaxing as it used to be, and all I see are notifications for me to buy things, ads, etc. I wish it was still how it used to be, but I'm gonna have to uninstall.
