1 ★Worked great until today. Now it won't open until I update but I won't let me update. It has an error. I cleared cache like troubleshooting said and restarted my phone. Glad they updated so it scans now at the gas station. Wish the coupons were more than a $1 but anything is better than nothing. It gives coupons more frequently each week than Marlboro. Only 1 star because of the error issue...
1 ★Get it together people...I have been using this app just fine then all of a sudden I have the wrong login crendentials. I changed my password a few times via the website. No problems. When I come back to the app to login.....well what do you know? My crendentials are still incorrect. This app is trash and a complete waste of my time at this point.
2 ★Glitchy. The app has errors all the time, be it not being able to pick a store, the coupons not loading, or the coupons not working. It's even worse after recent maintenance. I haven't had a coupon in weeks. I miss paper coupons. For being one of the most expensive brands, you'd think they would provide better service.
1 ★This app is horrible as well as the customer service that provides service for the company. It took 2 years to get my account corrected and reset. I recently received an email from 2 years ago advising me I could now log in. I was able to log in and see my coupon. Once I get to the store the app is always having issues and crashes. I give up! Hopefully you guys can send my coupons in the mail. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS APP!!!
5 ★Finally an app so I don't have to collect paper coupons!! And I feel like there's ALWAYS a coupon waiting for me, at least 2 a week at the min. Sometimes more I feel like. I've only had the app for like a month, and I've already saved like $10, which I feel is fairly decent. Especially considering how much cigarettes cost in my state, not as bad as some, but not as good as some either. So this free app definitely is worth the download, if you ask me!! Frfr!! 💯👍🏽👌🏽👏🏽
3 ★The last 2 times I have tried to use this app, while in the store, I hit the redeem now button & a message popped up saying, " You must be inside the store", which I was & I had also chose the store I was standing inside of & YES my location was on, it always is. So don't get me wrong when the app works "correctly" it's good cause I'm glad I'm getting coupons, but the last 2 times is why I gave it this rating. PLEASE FIX!!
1 ★The update is causing multiple error codes. Before the update the app could not find my location nor would it load at the register. Recently, the coupon was not accepted at one of the stores listed. Once coupon was opened I couldn't redeem it another location; so I had to wait another week. I'd rather just use paper coupons.
5 ★I absolutely love this app!!!!!! It's a Great money saver.... Actually there is only one thing that I could possibly want to add. I feel that Newport should most definitely give us some kind of point system for buying their products (especially since they are so expensive & I really doubt they will even be lowered again). But they should be giving us a nice good variety of different items that you can exchange for the Newport points. Kind of a spin-off of the Marlboro points and Marlboro items.
3 ★I definitely appreciate the coupons when I get them they come I handy But the locations it says I can use it at is completely bogas I think they just assume stores in the area are going to take the coupons I have redeemed 3 coupons and went to use them to just be told they don't accept this. So it says that I've saved more than I actually did and there is no way to get the coupon back after you claim it. That's the most irritating thing about the app that I ran into so far.
1 ★From paper coupons to mobile coupons. I wish I would have never opted out of paper coupons. ever since I signed up for the mobile app I get nothing but $0.50 and $1 coupons. At least the coupons by mail offered a decent amount of savings now all I'm lucky to get is $0.50 or a dollar. And that happens like once every few weeks nothing like the savings from the paper coupons. I wonder if I should just delete this I'm not really saving anything anymore.
1 ★This app is straight trash now. Constantly having to update it, and now can't login just to see what coupons are available. I switched over to Benson and Hedges. While they don't have an app their coupons are better. 2 dollars off of a pack or 4 dollars off of 2 packs. You all need to truly fix this app. The updates which I have done twice, are making it unusable.
1 ★I have only used this app twice and each time I have to go through changes with my password. I tried again today and was told I can never use your app because my account is locked and can't be reversed. This is stupid especially if I verify who I am and my age. All for some coupons & discounts. It's not like you guys are giving me money. Total waste of time.
