1 ★If you can't provide the service, dont do it!! Order show in xi an on 18/12, system stated will notify within 48 hours. I message CS to check status on 21/12. CS said need another 48hr. She proceed to comfirm the order. She end the conversation without my conscent. 24/12 I was advise that they cant get the ticket. I have to go to cancel the booking. I paid the ticket, klook cannot deliver the ticket, yet customer have to cancel themselves? I already qued for 40min, still no cs to talk to!!!
5 ★Travelling is fun but it can be stressful. Klook was my best friend. Family of 5 adults went to Japan and the ease we experienced by booking ahead and being prepared! I've learnt in Japan, make reservations for Everything! Buy tickets for attractions 1-2 months i advance! Klook was my go-to for this and results fantastic everytime. Travelling costs a lot of money, so you want to be prepared, have a plan and be super organized. Then go have fun!! Thanks Klook from us in Aotearoa New Zealand 🇳🇿
5 ★Great experience booking the SkyCab, SkyBridge & SkyGlide all together with a discount. Confirmation was immediate, it was very easy to redeem the tickets (bands) with the voucher and easy to enter to all attractions included. Highly recommend Klook!
5 ★Easy to use and book. Clear explanation on cancellation policy. Receive confirmation immediately. The only issue is the response from the chat online is not competent enough. I have chatted with 2 different specialists over a missing letter for the train ticket from Paris to London and the simple matter is not resolved for 3 days. Finally the competent specialist I chatted to yesterday resolved the matter for me within 10 minutes.
1 ★Very poor service no reminder was given specially for the first timers before the expiration of the klook pass. I want my full refund that's USD 356 and that's hard earned money I just want my family to experience travelling. Klook is a big company and yet don't have funds to make reminders to your clients? DON'T BUY vouchers here. IT'S A SCAM. I WANT MY FULL REFUND.
3 ★The app on Android devices is not very stable, when entering the details of the participants, it was flaky also for no apparent reasons, the price changes frequently on the same hour of the day. weird experience.
2 ★Please make improvements to your app . Hate it when you have to restart everything from the start including the item search and the app startup whenever you change window to view other tabs. It will be better too if changing of the currency can be done from the booking page itself rather from the main page. Easier reference to compare prices from the attractions main page against the country's own currency
3 ★bad experiense. not able to use the app while using traveller sim card in overseas. also not able to login with facebook/email. due to the above issues, i can see all my bookings and no 24 hours help line.
1 ★Absolutely terrible. tickets were booked and paid and a confirmation given only to immediately recieve a notification that the seats weren't available but the money had already been taken from my account.
1 ★Took part in a lucky draw for 5000 twd hotel stay. Won it but unable to use it. What's the point of letting me win it then? Edit: you quote the link to T&Cs yet they are "unclickable", what a rubbish response

We bought a ticket to night safari singapore and we ran into a minor accident so we wanted to shift to one day later but NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATIONS NO CHANGES can be made. Ridiculous what a joke. Never going to use this app again.
1 ★INCONVENIENT AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT AN ASSURANCE YOUR BOOKING WILL PUSH THROUGH. THEY HAD A ROOM OFFER FROM A HOTEL THAT WE BOOKED FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE. AND MINUTES LATER THEY CANCELLED IT WITHOUT INDICATING WHY THEY CANCELLED IT. I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOTEL, AND WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEY WERE ALREADY FULLY BOOKED FOR THE DATE WE WANTED. BUT IN KLOOK THEY STILL HAVE IT POSTED. NOW THEY WANT US TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR OUR REFUND! 😡😡😡
