5 ★Im glad I have this app it's so convenient for me to use on the go or last minute. I can look up previous hotels I stayed at. Or look for new ones to try out. I love that I can see the pictures of the properties before I stay there. I have planned many personal trips and getaways thru the app. Thank you so very much Trivago for showing me all the prices, destinations to go, ditch the family for some me time etc. I will continue to use this app in the future. Happy Trails......
1 ★The reason why I give this app a one star, is because the app just wouldn't work. I've redownload the app numerous times, but every time I did, it would never let me search for anything, saying that it was not able to load. At one point it said my internet was off, when it was clearly on, but I checked to fix anyways and it still would not work. I won't be changing my rating until the app is fixed.
3 ★Having only the location as the center is quite limiting. What center in this? How close is it to my destination of which I've never been before. It would help greatly if we can input the place, and it'll show the nearest hotels for that area, rather than this, where it is confusing. Not very helpful, I have to uninstall it after a few minutes of using it.
5 ★It's a superb app for quick finding the best of all. Still I am in search of hotels since it is exploring.
1 ★Worst Hotel Booking App! I tried to book a room and the app redirected to makemytrip. I paid for the room with amazon pay. When i reached the hotel, the receptionist told that all rooms are already full and the payment can't be refunded. All the phone numbers given by them were wrong numbers. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! 4 ★It's great for looking and searching hotels nearby around the place. And choice selection to book hotels from different websites based on your choice of site and pricing is also convenient, but what I do not like is it directly moves you to connecting site page, there you have to make the account and then book. O would love if Trivago makes the booking on its website alone.
1 ★1st time I used it, let me down, booking didn't get confirmed. Had to call hotel directly to make booking. Trivago app said it was no response from hotel's side, which I understand, but still the app failed me on the 1st time I used it, plus I had entered my credit card information already and submitted , so I was worried about getting charged double. Also when I called the hotel they were unable to give the price that was listed by Trivago, hotel said cheaper room wasn't actually available.
