This service will allow you to make a video call to an inmate, just like Skype or FaceTime. You’ll use your home computer or an Android device, the inmate will use a wireless tablet.

5 ★I was scared to put money with all the bad reviews but I'm happy I did it anyway. I haven't had not 1 single issue. Expensive but seeing that smile my husband has when I call him unexpected and opens up the camera is worth every penny. This video call method is amazing thankfully my husband will only be in a couple of months and this will help tremendously cope with the first time situation and the longest months of our 18 years being together.
2 ★This app is a joke!!! 99%of the time it doesn't work. I have not been able to visit since 10/15! It never loads. It freezes if you do get through, which is hardly ever!!! Freaking worthless
2 ★App keeps glitching up and sometimes doesnt load up the page. It can take up to hours before the app goes back to work. Im currently waiting for the app to reload. And its pissing me off. Please fix this!!!
1 ★It works when it wants to work. Drops visits a lot. It won't connect to my Bluetooth so I have to use headphones or I won't hear the inmate at all. Not a great app in any way.
1 ★This is pathetic. Everytime I go to CHROME to use this app and make a video call it said this app is unsupported to download CHROME. OK., I'm on CHROME. It freezes whenever. The fees are ridiculous. Trying to reach customer care is a act of Congress. Geez. Don't do it...It messes your phone up.
2 ★Have yet to be able to see my loved ones face because the system doesn't recognize the tablets location. When we use it just to talk the audio quality is horrible. Sometimes when I try to accept a call it actually rejects it.
1 ★Suddenly quit.. opens to a blank white screen. Customer care is of no help, but will tell you to add money to the accout and retry. It's a monopoly, and a huge rip off!
1 ★Keeps saying conflicting appointments found when there are none!! Or time not available, or not even ringing on the inmate side. This company is an absolute pain in the a$$ to deal with, and act like everything is my fault when I have had no problems with other inmate service providers. Wish this company would go bankrupt so that a better company can buy the infrastructure and do it right!!
1 ★This app is horrible. I'm always having problems with it! It's constantly saying I don't have the app or it's a blank page, freezes up all the time. Or the person calls and you can't see just hear the voice.
1 ★This app is garbage ! I wouldn't even give it a star if I didn't have too ! It's always either freezing, hanging up, not letting you call out or crashing.
1 ★App has serious issues. Can't see person due to it's nothing but colors. This app has gotten worse. It's dropping the calls and half the time doesn't work. Please fix the issue and bugs in it.
4 ★Much props to the developer of this tool bc I think it's a very positive n hopeful experience getting to see my loved ones from this app on my phone. Before it was quite a hassle with lil ones n hard on their emotions.This way to visit gives us something to look forward to everyday! The only thing Id suggest is adding notifications prior to when the visit is actually fixing to start so I can prepare n not forget about the time n miss out.
