Description
أحد التطبيقات ضمن منظومة التعريف بالخدمات الحكومية للمواطنين وإتاحتها لذوي الإعاقة، يقوم بتعريف المواطنين بالخدمات التي تقدمها المحافظات في مبنى المحافظة، حيث يعرض قائمة الخدمات والخطوات المطلوبة للحصول على كل خدمة والأوراق والمستندات المطلوبة ، كما يعرض الاسئلة الشائعة لكل خدمة.تعرض الخدمات في شكل شرائح يسهل التنقل بينها تحتوي على صور ونص وأيقون للترجمة للغة الاشارة للصم، كما تم تطوير تطبيق آخر مخصص للمكفوفين.
يمكن من خلال التطبيق تقديم شكوى أو مقترح ليقوم أحد العاملين في المحافظة بالرد على الشكوى أو المقترح. وتم تطبيق هذا المشروع كبداية في محافظة كفر الشيخ بمصر وسيتم تعميمه على باقي المحافظات خلال السنوات القادمة.
المنظومة والتطبيق طورتها مجموعة خليفة للكمبيوتر برعاية وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ، وتم إعتماد ومراجعة الإشارة من قبل الاتحاد النوعي لجمعيات الصم.
تم تطبيق المنظومة في عدة جهات حكومية منها : وزارة الداخلية (قطاع مصلحة الأحوال المدنية ، قطاع الجوازات، وتصاريح العمل) ، وتم تنفيذها في هيئة البريد المصري وتنفيذها وتطبيقها لأحد أهم شركات مقدمي خدمات المحمول في مصر.
