3 ★im a nail tech and this app is/was great! I paid for the next upgrade from basic and everything was GREAT until the automatic reminder text capability was removed... kept saying I HAD to upgrade to the ultimate for me to keep it.. so now I have to manually send my reminders because apparently Google updated its texting permissions or something... other than that it's the easiest and most convenient app to use.
4 ★My productivity has increased since using your app. I love that clients can make their own appts. I wish that there was a SUBTOTAL option and then a space for clients to enter a PROMO code and the app will be able to provide a new total with the sale or discount applied. For instance I take off 10 bucks if clients book themselves online. I wish the app would be able to provide the finalized amount due based on an internal promo like the one I had described.
1 ★READ THE NEWEST REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY Have been using the free version for 3 years, just got an email stating that they are removing the option to book over 20 appointments a month, and recurring appointments. Unless I pay 300+$ Lovely. The calendar on desktop does not sync to my mobile app. Appointments have a 2 hour difference. This app was great when it was Appointfix. It's just gone downhill since Goldie. Beginning the search for something else.
5 ★I'm so appreciative of this app. It helps me to manage my clients booking, alert then about reminders and such, but it gives them the ability to manage their diaries and marry it up with the perfect appointment slot - all on the free version. 10 out of ten! Updated for a suggestion on the new update I love the changes you've made and the data that can be accessed at the tap of a button. It would be even better if we could merge duplicate clients together if this is not already available and I j
5 ★I've had at least 3 booking apps. I super love this one for many reasons they're ALWAYS upgrading and my clients find it easy to navigate. The one thing I'm waiting for them to get is a option for clients to leave a review other than that I love it and yes I would recommend it
5 ★Have been using this app since the early days and when it was Appointfix. It's hands down the best salon app there is and for such reasonable costs. Being able to take payments by now tapping my phone is super exciting and blows my mind. It has made life so simple for me as a sole trader salon, so for larger salons it would be amazing. Give it a go, you'll LOVE using it 😄
1 ★The new update is terrible, the changes made to the revenue reports are deplorable at best. There was nothing wrong with the way it was before the update. You can no longer see revenue based on services. It only offers by client or appointment or the new payment service they are pushing hard. I have used this application for years as a premium subscriber back when it was appointfix and loved it. But this new update ruins everything. Even on the new reports the year to year is all messed up.
1 ★Would give it less than 1 star if it was possible. I use this app as a calendar with a starter plan. From February this year, they decided they want me to pay 30€ for it. Don't recommend
1 ★This app sucks to the highest level 😕. I'm having problems with logging in into the STRIPE feature & I can't get any help to get the issue taken care of but yet I'm still being charged a monthly fee. That I'm trying to get in & cancel the account all together.
2 ★Been using this app for nearly 3 years, started at £4.99 a month, went up to £9.99 a month...fine with that. Just tried to book a client in, Sat's I've reached my 20 appointment limit, have to upgrade costing £24.99 a month, just to book clients in. Piss take.
4 ★I love Goldie but customer service is very very slow and my account go deleted and the website stopped working. I've used Goldie for over a year now, and it's been wonderful. I wish they had a customer service number to call, it's been several days, they've restored the accidental deletion of my account but they have not restored the website or my staff profiles. I'd give them 5 stars if they were easier to work with. The app itself is fantastic
5 ★Recently started using this app and I really like all the features it has, keeping track of appointments and customers, automated messages, etc. Haven't run into any issues thus far.
