長生學就是導引宇宙的能量，讓身體的氣增強，讓我們的新陳代謝變得更好，讓身體的健康狀況得到改善，這門功夫就叫作長生學。這些乃是心靈與愛心結合宇宙能量所產生的效果。長生學是一種醫學能量療法，目前風行於世界20多個國家，課程分為初級班、中級班及高級班。初級班課程是三天，中級班課程也是三天，高級班課程是一連五天，所有課程皆是免費授課。長生學宗旨是『慈悲救人』，所以長生學不涉及任何政治、宗教、及任何商業利益行為。
長生學將人體系統區分為七大主要穴道。穴道在中國各大宗教中稱為『輪』；醫學、武術稱之為穴，梵文稱為『CHAKRA』，長生學為方便教學，皆以C為穴道之代號。詳細的內容於上課會場會有詳盡的解說，歡迎有興趣的朋友來學習這套利人利己的功夫。台灣各地區及歐洲、美洲、加拿大、東南亞一帶、日本、新加坡、澳洲、紐西蘭、中國及香港特別行政區等國家皆會不定期開課。
