中信衛星車隊前身為中信計程車行，於民國62年獲交通監理機關核準設立，一向以建立清新形象、親切服務之專業計程車隊為經營目標。民國 85 年由游先生接手服務擴大規模務實經營，成為花蓮地區使用無線電呼叫的先驅之一，後續並引進衛星定位系統，掌握在線司機行車軌跡減少客訴糾紛。民國 93 年在計程車同業推舉下，擔任計程車同業公會理事長，並於96年連任一屆，任內期間推展多項精進方案，提升業者經營績效，增進計程車司機福利。
民國105年106年107年，經花蓮縣商業會評選，連續獲得花蓮縣優良商號，肯定中信計程車行在地經營穩定踏實的傑出表現。
