1 ★Have tried for several days to link my badge, and the same message pops up stating that my email isn't in their records. Tried emailing the email on the contact us section of website, but haven't heard back. This app is useless unless I can link my badge. Saw on here that an update was supposed to fix this issue, but my app is completely updated.
1 ★EDIT!! changed the first letter of the email address to a lower case letter and deleted a space that was automatically appended to the end of the address by my auto correct, and it recognized my badge finally! ---------------------------------------------------- No matter what I do, I cannot add either of my already-activated badges to this app, and there's no way to contact anyone for help. Not very helpful when there are exclusive features and information available only on this dang app!
1 ★This apps user interface is not very intuitive. Reserving panels didn't always work, once you are able to find out how to do so. The store portion doesn't always work. The best part of the app is the notification system for all of the panels or signings that you added to your schedule.
1 ★terrible app. gives alerts, and texts, but the app never shows you what they are. the show store is useless, puts you in virtual line with no way to look at anything. i have entered schedule 3 times and still does not save it. plan on using for map only.
1 ★I've been trying for several days to load my badges onto the app, but it just tells me to "please wait". All this app has managed to do was run my battery down. I can't wait anymore. Uninstalling, and writing everything down on a piece of paper. I'll manage.
1 ★App simply doesnt work. i have never been able to add my badge, and none of the features are accesible without this feature. in addition, this app send to just be a mirror of the website. so it's completely pointless. except now i am not able to access parts of the convention without the app that will not work. the con would be 100% better if they never bothered with this frivolous app.
1 ★still trash... day 2. Under "my benefits" there is no way for me to select panels or lightspeed lane. However my kids have the options. Yes, I updated the 'app'. Great times not being able to get into a panel with my kids... People who made this should be embarrased...
1 ★Had a terrible go-live for SWC. Users with different devices experienced various, unpredictable issues. I was able to link my badge and set a schedule preference, but then the app updated and I lost all my data. Attendees were instructed to start reserving panels and buying autographs at 10:00am. Nothing worked, and the app kept crashing. Now, I don't think it's even being supported due to the fact that once I *could* reserve a couple of panels I can only see 12 random ones.
1 ★App is incredibly unstable and crashes anytime I try to go to the priority queue section. Feel bad for the developers because this was obviously a rush job, the real culprit here is the organizers and they should be absolutely ashamed.
3 ★The panels option disappeared from the "My Benefits" section. The only option there now is for autographs and photographs. There was a third option as well (I think for the exclusive merch) but it is missing now too. No trouble with anything else though!
1 ★Horrible. It won't accept my correct email activated on the site. It means I can't make reservations. Whoever decided to have only one way to do reservations is an idiot.
1 ★After spending money on 2 5 day passes I'm unable to make any panel reservations or for the store. Feeling like I was ripped off.
