1 ★I purchased tickets through here when I went to the gate I was notified that my ticket had already been sold and scanned in. Tried to get my money back and it keeps telling me there is long wait time. Annoyed.
1 ★Do not use this service, I got ripped off $122.44 for baseball tickets on 5/29. Followed the instructions, placed my order, never received confirmation email, called customer service & spoke with Norman, a senior customer service person to rectify the situation. He couldn't refund my credit card due to an error with my email address, so my advice to everyone who tries to use this company for anything is to stay away & don't waste your time, a total rip off🤬
1 ★Tickets were cancelled right before the game. When they say confirmed, all they mean is the customer has to pay. Don't make plans until you actually have tickets. They are worse crooks than the guy on the corner scalping, but they also make you wait on hold for an hour or two before screwing you.

2 ★I will take responsibility for not having time to read the barrage of emails, I thought I followered instructions but Axs all went to spam , when we arrived they had no info on us . Will call told us about the other steps involved in Vivid Seats along with two other ticket holders , so after the parking lot trainings session was over , back to wll call , so close but no cigar . Thank you Billy Bob's for im sure we're mercy General admission tickets we did finely get in a quarter way through .
4 ★Works pretty well just wish it would save when I'm scrolling and looking at Tix. That way I'm not scrolling down every time. Also just put all the info on the check outpage, don't keep adding more info needed after input!

1 ★Awful. Over 100$ upcharge from base ticket prices, with no order breakdown explaining why they overcharged the price of another ticket. Would give 0 stars if possible, on top of that ripoff the App is miserable to work with

1 ★I have lost mega money with this company. I warn all contacts to avoid any dealings with them. My original ticket purchase with them resulted in lost money. I have a credit I can't seem to access! I have tickets to two concerts that have been postponed and can not get any information as to the status of my investment. Warning--- DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! There are more honorable ones out there, I have to believe! There is no phone contact, nor email info contact!
