1 ★EVERY TIME I attempt to reload my card I get "unknown error! - create cart"

1 ★Don't use it it is not connected to the event center that you are currently at if you reload the card through the app and it doesn't go through then you are just sol. Reload your phone cards at the event center on site not through the app. There is no support during their busy times like Friday evening through Sunday.

4 ★Fayetteville location just opened but not available on app. Please fix

1 ★Only pro was I was finally able to see accurate prices for my area as the website would not.

1 ★I try to add my fun card and it doesn't work. I put in the pins, add my name, but when I press "ADD FUN CARD" it just does nothing. I guess the people who put positive reviews on the app were just lucky 🤷‍♂️. I just wanted to check how many points I have left on my card so please fix this.

1 ★Just keeps spinning the circle on the fun card page. Can't reload, can't look at other cards, can't view my profile or make changes to my personal information. It's useless, just reload your card at the location.

1 ★It never works. I have multiple card on my account and can never see the balance or usage. Edit: I've updated twice and reinstalled the app and still nothing.

1 ★App does not work. Downloaded 3 days before our trip to try and get free match. Emailed with customer service and have gotten no response since the first one. This company is scamming us all. They should have to honor the free match in stores since app clearly is a joke.

4 ★We ate at the sports bar while the boys played... Beer was cold, bartender was awesome, but the kitchen staff not so much! We ordered 3 meals, they forgot one, as we were waiting for it, the kitched staff was playing volmeyball with a balloon! The bartender nade them get our missing meal and had the manager take it off our bull since we waited over 35 minutes and they were playing around. Over all it was a good experience.

1 ★Worst app I've ever downloaded. After using the gift certificates we have I'll delete and never go to Main Event again. If they can't provide an even mildly functional app I see no reason to bother with them.
