1 ★Tried to buy some tickets from the app. It immediately rejected my payment for suspection of fraud (which I do agree is nice). When I tried to call to talk to an agent no one was available and even after leaving a message no one returned my call. I was able to get a hold of someone over email but was told I had to give the amount of a verificaion fee in order to get my account cleared but I never found any fee charged to my accont even after calling my bank. So I was unable to buy the tickets.
2 ★I downloaded this app trying to save on fees charged by sites like SeatGeek and Vivid Seats which charge exorbitant fees. At least in my case, the total cost on TickPick was almost the same (within a few dollars) as the other sites because although there may not have been "fees" charged, the per ticket price was much higher than on similar ticket sites. So it appears that TickPick basically passes along the "fees" in the cost of the ticket and advertises that as a "no fee" service.
5 ★Tickets were cheaper than Ticketmaster and other ticket apps without the extra fees. We went to monster jam, ordered the tickets the night before and got them within hours over the phone. When we got there, other people were in our seats but we just chalked it up to bring an issue with people versus tickpick so thankfully there were plenty of other seats we were able to sit at that were closer. Would definitely recommend!
5 ★Great consumer service great prices. Extremely happy with my first purchase. To those who only give 1 star and say stubhub is cheaper, you need to figure in the fees they charge. The tickets I bought through Tickpicks were like $20 more than Stubhub's but Stub hub charged over $63 in services fees per ticket. So it truly is much cheaper through TickPicks. Also awesome customer services!!! I emailed them with a question, and Leo got right beat to me within minutes. I was surprised. VERY HAPPY!!!
1 ★App is easy to buy tickets. But sellers can change their delivery anyway they choose. You could buy Xfer tickets and end up with a useless screenshot or pdf. Then you can look forward to interaction with Tickpick Support, who is uninformed of how tickets really work. Never received a refund, only long emails explaining to me how the seller said they will work. Intead of listening to the buyer who tried to use the worthless screenshots. NFL tickets use a changing "roaming" barcode. BUYER BEWARE!
1 ★Stay away from tick pick. Got tickets for Brenton Wood only to be told the day of that he wasn't appearing, so they were bringing other guests, and if we wanted a refund to go see the box office. Waited 40 minutes to be told that since we didn't buy directly from the ticket master they couldn't give us a refund to reach out to tick pick for a one. Well, tick pick said NO refunds since they're a third party that they can give us $50 credit. a 50 credit from a $400 ticket purchase!?
1 ★Page design does not allow for confirmation and complete details of purchase prior to being charged, which is non refundable. Customer service in erroneous or accidental purchases is non-existent. There is no way to terminate once the purchase button is touched even if inadvertently while attempting to close the app. No confirmation of method of payment and no checkout page to review what is actually being purchased and details of charges such taxes, seat locations etc. And they lie, no seats #.
5 ★It's an awesome app for anyone who forgets that NOT ALL RESELLERS are bad. Great platform, easy to use, and better than vividly high priced or AXS to paying more or seatgeek is biased to make you think its smarty to buy on their platform or TRICKetmasters monopoly. think about it and just explore your pick on tickpick. plus the logo is the coolest!! highly reccomend. I'm from Texas and I have been to shows all over north America since the days of old. I love this app!
2 ★The worst experience I've ever had with an app. Do not use, the hoops you have to jump through are never fully explained and the customer service is extremely passive aggressive. Tried them once but never again. Stay clear! Prices are good but the follow through and explanation are horrible.
1 ★I asked customer service if there was a method for downloading tickets in advance. They said I just need to use the app to access my tickets for scanning. Tickpick should know it's impossible to access tickets due to poor service. I took a leap of faith. And after 30-45 minutes, I failed to access my tickets. Thanks for nothing. Edit: I contacted support and they'll just tell you sorry and that's it. Don't waste your time.
1 ★I downloaded the app because I thought the tickets would be cheaper. They're more expensive than other sellers. Even though there's no fees at the end of the transaction. I wanted to pay less, not more for tickets.
1 ★Great app, but... being new to my state and mobility challenged, EVERY TIME I have attempted to purchase tickets for different events as soon as I filter for accessible seating (if nothing else to see what's available at these new venues). The app says that there are none. I have shopped months in advance for events using this app and while your FAQs indicate that you know what ADA seating is and who it's for, you simply don't offer the option. It matters. Also, prices=lies. Do better.
