Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Excellent app quick and fast! In my opinion the best password manager out there, and at the time is also the cheapest to. Two nitpicks I have a about it is, One even though the app says it supports face recognition it appears not to work for Android, at least not the a10e. Two is there is an autofill problem with the PayPal app, it fills in and then disappears. Overall very happy.
2 ★I had the paid subscription and thought that would get rid of the ads and more purchase stuff feature. It got really annoying. "NOT SAFE" add this and add that. I just wanted a simple place to store my passwords. But I feel that it would take 100's of dollars to keep a password protected. Too much for me. I'm going back to simply having a pad with all my passwords. No know cares about stealing those anymore and I feel it will be cheaper and safer anyways.
5 ★I hesitated when I saw the price of the annual fee but used the free version for a while as I thought it over. I liked it but...just not sure. then I decided to go for it. a few months later it saved me about 2 days worth of frustration when my credit card security was compromised. Keeper saved me tons of time not having to retrieve passwords, user id's, account #'s. etc. Great user support too. 2/2020...still using it and liking it a lot.
1 ★Horrible experience. I have been using keeper for years. Today, I unable to access anything stuck on the home page. When I was finally was able to view my password folders; I went from having close to 50 folders down to 12 overnight. No assistance from customer service and do not no if they will even be able to retrieve the lost data..unacceptable!!
3 ★Being on a serious budget, I have used the free version for 5 years on three different phones. But now find my nicely set up vault folders are gone, I cannot delete old records, and cannot export the data for import to another program. I used to love it, but it is clear that the free version is only to try and upsell you to the paid version. And the free version is no longer worth the trouble.
1 ★Been a user for over five years. Then suddenly all my information disappear when I'm trying to navigate their constant pop up to buy more storage. When I contacted support, they said they are experiencing a bug and should be resolved in a week. Still nothing. It is not enough that you have the paid version, they still have to send you the annoying pop up to buy more space. This cheapens the customer experience a lot and since they are not resolving my issue I should start looking for options.
3 ★It works well enough, it always feels a bit clunky to use, PC experience is definitely better than mobile. I guess that is something one can expect but then it will have you wondering if Google's services aren't all you need. Be aware of auto-renewal, emails say your subscription is ending but don't remind you of the renewal policy. They helped me with that issue right away, but the communication should be clearer, hope this changes.
3 ★Inconsistent, but saves my passwords so fine for now. Sometimes it copies passwords just fine, other times it acts like I've never been to the site even when I have a password saved. Never copies credit card info in correctly, and I can't even copy/paste it-i have to edit the listing just to get the number to copied to the clipboard. I use the DDG browser, and I think that is part of the issue but I don't get why I can't have private browsing and use a password manager.
1 ★I have had the keeper app for many years, I finally tried the pay version and I didnt see the value of the extra features and didnt use them. I did not renew my pay subscription and now the account is locked down and I can not add or change any files....very disappointed because it seems as like when I had the free app you were still making $ from advertisements and I came on board and paid, now to switch back to free version I can not. Well, looking for a different password keeper.
3 ★It's quite useful and versatile. But I don't like the langauge they use if you decline one if the additional services: First you get to choose to get the service or "STAY UNPROTECTED." Then, regardless of the tact that you're already paying for the main service, they constantly remind you how "unprotected " you are. I find the language to be a red herring and needlessly alarming. Also, if you stop paying for the service, you'll be locked out of your account with zero access to your PWs.
5 ★I've had a few password manager apps, and this is, hands down, the Best! It is easy and intuitive, with enough flexibility to allow your own password generation process, and still enables a self destruct feature in only 5 tries. So, you gotta pay attention - but this app makes that easy. It has several features, most of which I havent needed, but others may.
2 ★Needed to reset my master password (keeper required it be changed). Switching between my email, 2FA, and the app, the process kept failing and throttled my account. It took over an hour to fix the issue using their web portal. Another major flaw is fingerprint login: canceling out of the fingerprint prompt without scanning counts as an unsuccessful login. The last flaw is the inability to move prompts that sometimes blocks the keyboard, making it difficult to manually enter credentials.
