5 ★I like the multi-device option, and the option to have a graphic and rename the authenticators. This is possibly the best authenticator on the app store. I've tried many, and on the ones I tried before Authy, there's needed options missing or the dev has abandoned the app. All the low ratings because of people not knowing how to use the app with the service that they set up the app with. lol, that's not the app's fault. And the review about the small text, lol get a phone with a bigger screen, usually the text gets bigger along with the screen, I've noticed, also not the app's fault. SMH Overall, the app is better than most of the apps on the market even if there hasn't been any additions of features lately. The main thing is that it's stable, easy to use, and add more services to. It seems like all people do is complain. I definitely recommend this app.

1 ★I cannot log onto my Discord account. I had received a replacement phone and transferred all my data from the old phone to my new phone and had thought that your app and its tokens would be backed up or redownloaded automatically. Sadly, that isn't the case. All attempts so far have not been working and I can't remember the 8-digit backup codes for my Discord account, which means that I am locked out. Your tokens are not working and because of this, I can no longer log back in. Please fix this.
4 ★A really good and easy to use 2FA apps..but i would like to suggest that users are given option to edit their account''s grid view size..so more or less account can be viewed without scrolling down or up.. currently we can see 15 account grids at a time without scrolling...maybe can make it to 30ishh..thanks.
3 ★Works great.. Except one thing. This app will not let you use a picture from your photo gallery, so if I'm signing up for 2FA on my phone, I have no way to scan the QR code because the code is on my phone screen. I want to screen-shot the QR code and import the screen shot into Authy to use. Would make this so much more convenient.

5 ★Authy is an easy to use, multi platform, 2FA app that syncs across devices
1 ★Security apps like this are meant to keep bad actors out of your accounts, not stop the owner from accessing their own account. I lost my old device and instead of a simple recovery via my mobile number or email they had to go through a long (24+ hr) recovery period to get my stuff back. Every other 2FA I had on my device (of which I had about 4) was a simple switch over process but Authy was the worst experience of all of them by far.
5 ★It just works, which is great! I'd love to see some updates maybe allowing you to change a background for each individual tile. For example if I have multiple of the same service/logo, I only have the title to differentiate. A background color or text color would be nice.
1 ★Guess what , they intentionally do not send backup password which you set one day and there is no way to recover. Which is not a big deal , taking into consideration that customers ,users need that Yet they still think they should make people add the logins again.thanks I will pass
4 ★Overall the app is great except two issues. 1) Currently there is no way to import all codes from another 2FA app (like Google authenticator) so you have to go through all the services and disable and re-enable 2FA to set it up with Authy. 2) The UI needs a lot of improvements.
4 ★I like Authy but the single device reset policy is too strict. I factory reset my phone and now have to wait 24 hours before they'll let another device take its place - for security reasons. 12 hours would have been reasonable but a full day? I can't get into my pw manager until this is cleared up. Too much Twilio.
