2 ★I appreciate the effort of changing the interface. but you have forgotten a very useful feature. With the old version we can see all schedules of all buses and trains. This is missing in the new version. As a daily user of the app, i must say that this affected me so much. Please give it a thought

1 ★Totally unreliable on line information for bus and metro schedules. It seems it shows times in another parallel dimension. It is not surprising. The information system announced a wrong direction of the incomming train at the metro station. How one could expect precise on line information?
1 ★The worst travel app I have ever used. Tells me route will take 20 minutes by bus, arrive at bus stop, closed due to diversion. Tells me to walk to bus stop, 5 minutes, but next bus 2 minutes so impossible to get and next bus 40 minutes, other routes would have been quicker if bus wait taken into account. Doesn't suggest route from metro station 20m from by location despite route being quicker than 2 buses suggested. Waste of time app, 0 stars!
3 ★Not bad, but you need to swim in the river if you are on an island! the app recommends you to take the next station on the other side, totally ignoring the roads... And if there is a problem anywhere, it's impossible to send an alert. We have gps, time, photo, but no, Ratp is perfect and don't need feedback. Thanks dev team for the response!
1 ★Can't login (neither on app nor website), tried multiple times to reset my password, told it had been registered, but still can't log in. There is no way to peek at the password field when entering it, and no instructions except minimum length as to what characters are allowed/required (could special chars have been removed from what I entered?) Par ailleurs la version anglaise des pages de connexion, réinitialisation de mot de passe et suite du parcours a l'air de ne pas avoir été vérifiée !
3 ★Its helpfull about the public transport and adress we are looking for but most of the time. You gave the long way of walking rather than giving a short cut to less the time of travel. In some point it's good and sometimes a lesser good but still thanks a lot!!
1 ★In this version, I can't browse the map and stations to check what time is the next bus passing. Is it me that doesn't know how to do it, or someone actually thought this was a good idea??? I just lost two buses because of this......
4 ★Hello. Please test your Application with phone Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9+ with new version of Samsung - Android OC, then you will see all the BUGS. Pay attention, in the same phone with old version of OC everything works well. If you are interesting in my knowledge, contact me and I will show you the bugs. Have a nice day. (After 23 of July everything is working quite well. )

1 ★I'm uninstalling this app. Even the most basic functions are bugged. The old version was very useful, current one just give me wrong routes and it is not even possible to see the schedules at the stations I usually take.
1 ★Very bad application and company is disrespectful . Although it used to work well last year, this new year it charges the money from my bank account and they dont load the card. Actually i find it unworthy to keep this bad app. I wouldn't give it a single star but i had to just to post my review. I think i replied your comment already, your app now deduct the money and don't load the card for those who have not certain sim card but before it used to work with any nfc sim card .
