You can buy the following tickets
- Metro-Train tickets or Bus-Tram Ticket
- One Way from/to Airports (you cannot purchase this ticket if you already have a Metro-Train Ticket charged on your device)
- Navigo day (this fare doesn’t permit you to go to airports, week or month passes
- Special tickets (anti-pollution package, Paris-Visit Passes...)
- Daily Vélib' tickets
Purchased titles can then be recharged on a pass, stored in your phone* or on your compatible connected watch** (giving you the option of validating directly with one of the two).
You can also save your dematerialised tracks from one Android phone and transfer them to another Android phone.

1 ★Sorry but this app is really bad. It's so slow, so buggy and takes forever to buy a ticket. You also need a 2nd app for it to work, and when you finally buy the ticket, you can't view it in the app either. When you want to use the ticket, the scanner don't realised it so you have to stand there and scan forever until it works. On top of that, for registration it's in French, not English. Tried on OnePlus 13 and Samsung galaxy S24.

1 ★terrible experience. bought a fully legit ticket for my journey, tried validating it, and ticket completely disappeared from the app. fined 50 euro for this!!! stay away from this app!!!!!!!! no help from any customer support. just leave me paying for something I legitimately paid for and am suffering from their technical incompetence of this app
1 ★the app is very bad.when I want to register,it is showing in French language.it shows only who knows french can register.the people who english does not deserve to use this app
1 ★One day the tickets work, the other they don't. The app says it's validated but the door won't open.

1 ★The app still doesn't work properly on single ticket purchase checkout goes to wait "wait for the check out screen" after I have paid and it is stuck. I put the comment here but it's useless because they always say that they NEVER transfer to the technical department as an answer ! That's quite an amazing company but they are allowed to run a monopoly so that's the explanation.
3 ★no options to buy tickets from CDG if you already have normal metro tickets. otherwise working fine.
