1 ★This app is just a launcher for the Xfinity Prepaid website. There is absolutely no difference between this app, and the website (other than that the website is a little bit faster to load)

1 ★Absolutely horrible!! This app hasn't worked in over a year! It allows me to log in but then it force closes. I have to search up the account online, I can't even have it bookmarked on my phone because the link never works. Xfinity prepaid is my only option, if it wasn't I wouldn't even deal with it. Obviously they don't care about prepaid customers because if they did, they would have fixed this issue by now.

1 ★There is no screen when I open the app....it doesn't work.

1 ★I have been a prepaid customer for over 3 years. Before Christmas my modem stopped working. I had to purchase a new one from boost and start a new account. Since then....nothing but problems. I am currently waiting on my 3rd modem to arrive. The one I have now lasted less than 30 days! The plastic was still on it! I called to order it last Thursday after a tech comfirmed that was the problem. A week later...no call...no modem. I call back...no tracking number. I dont believe its on its way.

1 ★This app needs a serious update. It will not run on Android 9. It simply dies when you open it. I know we are low tier customers. But, you would think. Getting paid is a good thing. Glad I hung on to my old phone. Android 10 is about to come out. Can't wait to see if it will even open..lol.

1 ★Horrible experience. Had Xfinity regular TV/wifi bs before and decided to give them another try.... haven't even had this prepaid WiFi 2 weeks and the app already took a 💩 and the wifi stopped working -12/10 wouldn't recommend to anybody

1 ★App opens and stays open, however none of the links work. Nothing loads, whether I am using my cell data only or with WiFi. Simply ridiculous.

1 ★I have had the worst experience with Comcast cast prepaid. I have had 3 different internet boxes in the maybe 2 years I had the service. With in only having the service for about 5 months I was calling for anew box because the work fine and then for some reason the box stops getting signal. I will never recommend this to anymore of my friends,family on residents that I move into my complex. The box that you receive on the prepaid online is shittier then the one you would give u were not prepaid.
