1 ★These ppl do not care about you. They will take your money for services and not provide anything for you. Their customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING SERVERS FOR GAMES THROUGH THIS COMPANY. It's once a month for days on end their servers go down and they do nothing for compensation and if you go to their discord it's filled with nothing but ppl complaining about the same things. Trash company, trash customer services

1 ★If you want to make a server, then Great! This hunk of un-user-friendly junk will do that, but, and this is a big but, you will be paying for it for the rest of the lifespan of your debit/credit card. It is incredible how scummy a company can be when you just want to stop using their service.

1 ★Fix the servers alot of unhappy players that pay good $ to play a game atleast have to have decent servers a fix needs to happen asap and for all consoles including the xbox series s

1 ★Can't restart server after being put on hold, payed for Nitrado credits to restart server but now it won't go through with transaction. They have my money but have no way through customer service to figure out the problem or a way to receive a refund!!

1 ★Hot garbage hosting service. Literally destroyed a whole gaming community with lack of security - Ark.

1 ★Ordered a server from them and it won't show up. They blame Xbox for the sensor even tho on Microsoft I can type the whole name in without censoring making it a legit server title. Has gone on four days of back and fourth providing proof and then just blaming Microsoft for thier faulty product. Placed a review on trust pilot and they replied how they want thier customers to have an excellent experience.... This isn't even a good experience let alone excellent.

1 ★Their services are a waste of money! I was only able to log into my account for a few hours after purchasing an Ark server. Apparently that's a very common issue with them. Why pay for a service you can't even use? The app and the website can't be logged into.

Recently bought a server, and it was SUPPOSED to be easy as hell. their guids loops you to a page of "other guides" that have nothing to do with what ur trying to do. their guides are also very unclear at times. the server crashes at EVERY little thing Severpasswords do not work either. (zero online protection) and only playbale for 1 out of 5 days so far. Edit: Made a new file completely.STILL unstable AF. ANY changes, makes it crash.
