I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour to ask a billing question. Complete nightmare. I'm leaving them after 10 years. Also if your personal phone gets a call, it automatically puts the person on line 2 on hold Feels super rude.
1 ★There is no sms within Canada. Service down for over a week. They support and engineers are jokes, but they still can't get the service back. Looking for alternatives.
