「DMM恋活」サービス終了に伴う前払式支払手段「恋活チケット」未使用残高の払戻しのお知らせ
日頃より、弊社の提供するサービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、平成28年3月31日15時00分をもちまして「DMM恋活」のサービスを終了させていただきます。
つきましては、資金決済に関する法律第20条第１項に基づき、以下のとおり、前払式支払手段「恋活チケット」の未使用残高の払戻しを行います。
■払戻しを行う前払式支払手段発行者の商号
株式会社 DMM.com
■払戻し対象となる前払式支払手段の種類
恋活チケット（PC、Androidアプリ｢DMM恋活｣）
恋活チケット（iOSアプリ｢DMM恋活｣）
＊有償発行かつ未使用分に限る。
■払戻し申出期間
平成28年4月1日11時00分から平成28年6月30日23時59分まで
＊上記期間内に払戻しの申出がない場合は、この払戻し手続から除斥されます。
■払戻しの申出の方法
パソコンで恋活チケットを購入された方は、DMM恋活（http://www.dmm.com/koikatsu/）にログイン後アクセスできる払戻し申出フォームから、必要事項（氏名、電話番号、電子メールアドレス、銀行口座）を入力の上、送信（登録）することで申出の受付とします。
Androidアプリ及びiOSアプリで恋活チケットを購入された方は、アプリ内からアクセスできる払戻し申出フォームから、必要事項（氏名、電話番号、電子メールアドレス、銀行口座）を入力の上、送信（登録）することで申出の受付とします。
■払戻しの方法
払戻し申出期間経過後、弊社指定の手続きが完了した後、指定された日本国内の銀行口座への振込みにより払戻しを行います。
＊振込手数料は弊社が負担します。
