Download Whisper APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads

1 ★App acts up frequently not sending messages, not loading pics, taking forever to load, and more. Edit; messages hardly ever work. Either takes multiple tries to get one through, when they do go through get doubles of the same message and/or out of order. Save your time and effort don't download would give it a negative rating if possible
2 ★Several bugs, several bots, always have issues with my location being shown when I post. It always says somewhere instead of where I actually am. I know my location is showing, I restarted the app, restarted my phone and nothing. They never update it when its needed. Great app idea, but horrible app the way they run it.
1 ★Completely broken it's frustrating. The concept is good, especially with the local feature, which is the only reason I haven't deleted it yet. As soon as I find a replacement this app is gone. Funny because I swear this app worked a few months ago, now it's quite literally useless. I used to think my whispers didn't post because of moderation (certain words getting flagged?) But with the MULTITUDE of people advertising LITERAL CHILD P0RN. that can't be the case. Don't waste your time with this.
1 ★The latest introduction of audio ads, has made me not want get on the app. The fact we can not mute the ads, and that the audio continuously plays. Whether or not the ad is currently being viewed, or just off the screen. You hear the audio, sometime choppy and repeating the first 3 seconds, is extremely annoying.
3 ★The social aspect is great as well as the visual aspect and images and the location and nearby features. However, the app itself is quite glitchy, doesn't allow for certain benign words and acronyms like BDSM or stupid or depress to be used in a post, and many things take forever to load even with the fastest of internet signals. I would have done 2.5 stars but since they don't allow for half stars i did 3. Overall the app is a moderately amusing and mildly ok app to use.
3 ★I love the concept of the app, it's really cool to see what people actually think and feel on the inside. I like venting on here too. The reason I rated 3 stars is because the app needs a major redesign, it is SO clunky and annoying to navigate through. Like I have to press the back button a million times if I want to read through a long thread. I hate that ads are placed on the bottom cause it makes the screen size smaller. Why can't I scroll quicker or turn off location in groups? Nice app tho
1 ★I really enjoy this app but I been having a problem with the messaging portion of the app. I can't send or receive messages and it's getting irritating because there's people on there I don't wanna lose by uninstalling and installing the app again. It's the first time this happens to me but I've messages message support and I've yet to get a solution.
3 ★I've been on and off this app for years. It used to be really good and you could chat with many normal people. Now it's mostly dudes looking for a hookup but with that in mind, I mostly just use it when I'm new to an area and looking good places to eat. Lol So the biggest reason for 3 stars is the inability to turn off "popular post" push notifications. I swear you used to be able to but it's really pissing me off now. I turn off all unnecessary notifications, on every app.
1 ★Thought I should give Whisper a try. I created a Whisper, and it wouldn't save to my gallery. Tried Multiple times, still failed (regardless of the fact that the app said it was in my gallery). Tried sharing the whisper, and the app would then tell me that I needed to have those apps installed, even though they were. Additionaly, Whisper seems super random. You're on the front page and you see people asking to hook up, experiment, and etc. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this app.
1 ★Too many scamming robot postings make it impossible to talk to real people. It has become unrecognisable and repulsive. To many people posting about extremely illegal and weird content. When you do don't a real person to talk to it's impossible to have your messages go through on either end it keeps saying "something went wrong" uninstalled, cleared cache, memory and force stopped but no charge. I wish it could go back to where it was a great app years ago. Please fix this.
1 ★This app is riddled with bugs. Half the time nothing loads, it crashes constantly, and I have to restart it most if the time to get it to function somewhat correctly. If you don't want to be human trafficked don't use this app. They have a real problem with it and people trying to warn others get out in wisper jail. Stay the hell away from this app.
1 ★I used this app a few years ago and I loved it. I redownloaded it and now it's all drug deals, people selling pictures, and "I need 27$! Gimme gimme gimme!" Not to mention the full screen ads whenever you select anything, and the banner ads taking up a third of screen at all times. Sad, but not really unexpected
