Esta APP forma parte del proyecto socioeconómico dirigido a todos los alcoverenses llamado Alcover Funciona 20:30, pensado para dinamizar la economía del pueblo y apoyar a los emprendedores, creando puestos de trabajo e impulsando las actividades socioculturales del municipio.El APP que consta de tres apartados, divididos en tres columnas: Noticias, Participa y Empresa, permite agilizar el contacto entre las personas interesadas en un mismo sector o proyecto, así como recibir información y participar de los grupos de trabajo.
En la primera columna todos los usuarios reciben información general sobre el proyecto y en las otras se localizan varios grupos de trabajo, fomentando la participación ciudadana y el asociacionismo en la segunda columna y más pensado para los emprendedores en la tercera.
