1 ★STOP USING THIS APPLICATION. Don't use this application, after 1 or 2 months they are doing partiallty between the customers. In starting they give you high rewards after 1 months. They will only give you thanks that. you are not eligible for the cashback. STOP USING THIS APPLICATION. ITS GOOD TO USE OTHER APPLICATIONS LIKE PAYTM OR AMAZON PAY WHICH ARE PAYING HIGHLY REWARDSTO THEIR REGULARCUSTOMERS.
5 ★I am using this cred app from last 3 years, I have never experienced any issue from them in their support and everything. They are very quick and efficient in resolving our queries and everything. I love their services and their products and offers. I would recommend this app with 5 start rating to my friends and family. Thank you Cred
4 ★I like using cred, even though I'm not getting much of rewards as I used to get initially. Also, the vouchers we get are not that useful. One thing i always wanted to point out, your options are too deep. E.g. transactions, payments, edit UPI number and most important of all Approval/declining a payment request. Could be more easier is what I feel.
5 ★This is one of the best apps I have ever seen and used. It's been years I am using it to pay my credit card bills and it's fantastic. You get timely reminders and bills are fetched automatically from your email. Superb app on playstore.
5 ★Greatt app for credit card payment. Cricket lovers would specially gets an advantage when it comes to getting tickets for watching matches at stadium. Also many other vouchers, coupons and discounts you get which the credit card bank wont give you, for making payment. so Just go for itt !
4 ★Decent app to pay bills. Rewards are not what the promise, but the spinning is fun! Shopping here is unexpectedly wonderful and interesting. I wish I could find the category (like food or clothing) I need easily though. Navigation could be improved. Mostly the coins keep accumulating and hope they give a way to use it effectively.
3 ★I've been using this app for several years. Their jackpot etc is a gimmick. Don't fall for it. Again if you fall for it it does not matter as you only lose cred points which have no value. The best part is all payments are arranged neatly. Is easy to go in the app and make all payments in one go. DO NOT pay for your card bills or any bills on the last day. At times the payment does not go thru and you refund takes over 1 week. So pay your bills about 9 days in advance of due date.
4 ★I would say the overall experience is very good and smooth. Only a small thing, after the recent update I am not able to use the cashback earned while making payments from cred UPI. Like whenever I used to pay for my swiggy orders, I would use this cashback to get a further cut in the total amount paid. Is this bug, or this have been deliberately changed? I would wish that it would be reverted to what it was earlier.
1 ★I have a security concern in the app which I want to report but the support option in the app seems to be of no use. Apart from the pre-selected options, there's nothing much you can do. The callback option doesn't seem to work either. Maybe displaying the email ID in the support section would be of help to everyone or please reach out to me.
1 ★Superb services... Issues addressed over a call and has given satisfactory guidance for an updated UI. No issues while payments yet. Except updated reward system( issue is in queue), everything else is better. Keep it up team CRED... Update - I'd love to see more variety in the reward options, with a chance to win something truly exciting, not an unusual betting app voucher. And there is no chance to hit 777.
1 ★One of the most untrustworthy app. My credit card bill payment failed and they have written that it will be refunded after a period of time. The time has passed and no refund yet. No tracking, no customer support. My due date is coming up and I'm not sure how I'm going to pay and who is going to pay interest/fine for late payment if I don't pay by tomorrow. Pathetic service. No email or no number to even complain.
1 ★Ok I need to mention this issue! There is a problem with Cred when we use scan and pay, the bank accounts doesn't show up majority of the times and sometimes it gives a prompt to activate UPI. This is so annoying while doing payments in offline stores! Then I have to switch to Paytm or Gpay for UPI payment. Optimise your app for low network conditions as well. I hope this issue gets fixed, or else I need to switch my go to app for UPI/Rupay payments 😑
