1 ★Worst app ever. After selecting items, it is impossible to complete the payment. To utilise my existing balance from future pay during payment, it asked me to add the balance amount in future pay wallet to complete the checkout. But after adding another 2000 rs, it doesn't complete the checkout. Registered complaint regarding this in feedback section, but got no response for past 1 week. Complaint number provided is inactive. App wrongly shows everyday items will be delivered today.
2 ★Interface is very poor. Zoomin does work properly. By pressing the back button, we are back to the start of that list. .it should be the previous item.when orders get cancelled, money is credited to future pay and hence customer have to forcefully purchase to utilise that amount
1 ★Nonexistent customer service.. App having many bugs.. No guarantee that you will get what you ordered.. Customer care always have waiting time of 35 min.. Who will hold for that long? Avoid like plague or be ready to loose your money.. Its like lions den.. One way traffic only.
1 ★I ordered few items through this app.. Th eir service is very poor.They don't even have proper tracking system.None of their customer care numbers work.. Without delivering the items, they are changing the order status as delivered.When we enquire, then simply they are asking for excuse.. Even after writing a mail and raising complaint also their service was not good..If I have any option to rate zero, I will go with zero rating only. App should be updated with proper tracking system.
1 ★The worst iv come across so far..full of gliches, takes hours to refresh or move to pgs...therz no way i can tract my order once iv placed it either. If an item is nt availble aftr ive paid fr it, i get an sms sayng itl be refunded...but which item..it does not mention...nor is ther a way i can find out how much...on the app. This app is a bogus one...maybe u shld have given it to better developers who ar adept at their job. Non of ur bug fixes wrk..it jst gets worse..
1 ★The app has user interface issues. Also, it keeps on showing errors some or the other while using it. It is very difficult to add cards or link cards to it. A better app will surely be beneficial for the future group.
1 ★Worst customer service. Helpline number is of no use. Delivery is not on the specified time. And they cancel items from your order without your prior knowledge for which the refund is provided jn your future pay wallet which cant be transferred to your bank account. Worst experience
1 ★I added money to order some groceries from big bazzar through Future pay in my wallet but when i see my wallet its empty showing 0.00 rupess. Still not getting any response from future pay app after raising several complaints on it, And the helpline number is totally useless because nobody will pick your call. I dont know these making us fool or they doing fraud with thier customers. They should atleast talk or chat. If it's not resolved within a 2-3 days. I filled complaint in consumer court.
1 ★App is not good, no support from customer care, none of the customer service numbers are working, poor quality of service, not delivered on time and not refunded the cancelled items amount. We can not track the order, we have to wait till it delivered, my order delivered after 2 days of expected delivery time, but status is still showing as transit. Faced very bad experience with app, even delivery person also will put the items outside the gate of the house, will not deliver to your doorstep.
1 ★Most of the time the item prices after putting in the basket changes, which otherwise showing discount but in the basket they are at regular price. There is no customer care support where you can book your concerns. Items missing from the order and no way one can inform about it except worthless feedback.
1 ★Total Useless, I am not able to pay amount, app said your age should be above 18 and as per my profile my age is 40 year. Total flop show Problem which I face is as follows: 1. Tried on customer care and it take around 25 min to talk with executive and that executive said we can not help you, just mail to futurepay mail id. 2. I tried NetBanking, not able to pay software said your age should be 18. 3. Visited nearby store and show them my problem but they said give a call to customer care
1 ★No support, payment stuck even while using future pay. My amount is blocked, order is not confirmed and local Customer care cannot do anything, they ask me to wait two days. The numbers given for customer care in the app does not even work!! What a pathethic app/service.
