1 ★Multiple links such as the "contact list" just loads indefinitely. Does not work.
2 ★Setup wasn't too hard. The Rent Café login info doesn't apply until you've created your TW account and navigated to payments. Some bugs. So far so good for what it is. EDIT: Minus a star bc I won something on the marketplace and have no way of contacting the owner. And another bc Dwelo sucks bad enough that it earns negative stars taking one more from here (the door started screaming at 3am and the cat ran away. Time to adjust pet rent with Tava thanks to Dwelo)
2 ★Right now, not impressed. Within this app itself you have to download three other apps to utilize the features of maintenance requests (Resident app), payments (Resident Cafe), and packages (Luxer One). I already have Rent Cafe and it gave me an error message when I clicked "Open in Playstore App." Seems like lazy, clunky cookie cutter app creation trying to pull together pieces we already have. But it doesn't even work. The promising/working aspects? Amenities button gives you a list of current fitness classes and area events aggregated from who knows what source. Under amenities, you can also make reservations for the climbing wall. I like that you can request a guest pass and might have to test it out (You are required to provide guest name, start and end dates with vehicle make, model and instructions optional). Home Services and Perks mentioned in description are not yet set up.
1 ★With latest update, everytime it needs to be updated it trys to open the play store and then goes to a blank page, I can't use this app now at all.
1 ★Wish there was a zero star option. App crashes half the time Only the visitor option works And now it won't even let me open it saying it needs an update and when I click update it tries to make me install the whole app again. Just frustrating
1 ★It won't let me login now either. Says I have an account. When I sign into RENTcafe it tells me I'm using the correct password. when I try on this app it tells me wrong combo.
1 ★Now it keeps saying i need to upgrade and it wont let me upgrade it. Adding to that i cant access my portal at all and kicks me out to playstore.
1 ★terrible app updates do not work and rarely does the end party receive information.
