The Heatmiser neoApp is designed to work with the Heatmiser neoStat, neoUltra, neoAir, neoStat-HC and neoPlug. Together they offer you the most comprehensive way to control your heating system & appliances from anywhere.

Flexible GeoLocation - With No Subscription
Our flexible Geo location system puts you in control. You don't need to switch the entire house heating off when you leave, you can decide on a room by room level what happens.

Smart Profiles
With Neo Smart Profiles, you can create and store multiple Profiles in the neoHub ready for use later. Our new "Apply to" function lets you quickly assign the profile to any number of zones in your home. Programming your heating system has never been so simple.

Multi Location
Neo supports Multi Location, enabling you to quickly switch between any of your locations.

Hours Run
Hours run provides insights into energy consumption for maintaining ideal temperatures at home. Reveal heat source usage by day, week, month, or room (if zoned).
Hours Run provides you with information that you can use to see how much you have spent based on your gas or electricity rates. Compare from week to week to see how much more or less you have used. And, if you have multiple zones using more than one thermostat, optimise a room’s efficiency, be that insulation or temperature settings.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★this app is terrible. every week or two I try to open it and it freezes at the splash screen, and I have to reinstall. using a brand new Pixel 7
2 ★App frequently needs restarts to refresh changes made in-app! Interface is clunky, full of bugs and awkward to use. Needs an overhaul.
1 ★Unable to get anywhere pairing with the neostat WiFi devices. Even having got the latest update, it's a complete failure.
1 ★Nightmare to use, app is buggy, can't connect to the thermostat.
4 ★Been using for over a year now and getting on fine. Heatmiser very helpful on the phone when needed to sort initial set up issues out. I would like to see more in app functionality rather than doing things through ifttt, eg being able to trigger profiles/recipes for different seasons or outside temperatures. Although not an app issue, the Heatmiser system seems to be missing the ability to add smart TRVs. Looks like separate system needed for that which is annoying.
3 ★After a long wait to install new heating, I was excited about an app controlled system. Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs in the app, nothing to stop it being used, just annoying. The company has obviously failed to test it on 'ordinary' people and redesign accordingly. Example No1 The 'Differential' setting is altered in the settings of each individual zone but alters the setting for ALL zones and therefore it should be a 'Global' setting made on the home page. Illogical and therefore confusing.
3 ★App is infuriatingly buggy, and takes too long to start-up. Setting and changing the programme timer is a hit and miss affair, with values either not saving, or not updating correctly on the display. It would be usual if there was some widgets to allow fast access to different zones, particularly given how long it takes to open the app. Get some proper test engineers to analyse the app, this is beta level quality. Also lazy coding especially when changing some of the settings modes.
1 ★Too slow when changing the parameters. It may take up to 30 seconds for every change to save and keeps you wondering if it has actually accepted the change or not. It seems the app does not have local storage and relies on cloud so if you change the parameter in one page on the second page it still shows you the old data which creates lots of confusion. Couldn't find power supply unit for the wall thermostat and batteries constantly run out
5 ★This app works great, the interface is uncluttered and intuitive. I like the feature where you can select a contact and send them a username and password automatically (plus there is a choice of user or administrator account). I look forward to closer integration in Homeassistant (I know that's not an app feature but there are a bunch of us using Heatmiser products and HA)
5 ★Just started using it, shows all my thermostats, current temps and graphs, lets you change stuff, all good. Update after a few months, still working well, happy with it Been using it for a few months now and no issues at all. The graph of temperature for the last day or week is great, what would be helpful is an indication of the times the thermostats are calling for heat
4 ★A useful app that allows control of, in our case, our whole heating system from anywhere with internet connectivity. A previous uncomplementary review of mine was due to some major bugs that appeared in an update but these now seem to have been resolved. It has now returned to stable and I'm happy to update my rating. As with many apps not all the facilities are of value to every user but there's enough of them here to satisfy almost every need. I'm more than happy to recommend it once more.
4 ★Improvement are coming. Still feel the graphs need to show in a scale of that matches the range variation better. Also an indication as to when heat was on / off should be shown. Would also be nice if you could set the temperature differential to smaller than 0.5 as some locations need small top up / take a long time to drop by .5 degrees but still need heat during that time.
