5 ★Convenience at its best!
1 ★Seems like a good app, but the filters aren't suited for someone looking for a 1 bedroom. What's the point of filters, if they don't actually filter things? Picking the 1 bedroom option, should be just that. Not "one bedroom and more (1+)"
2 ★It would be great if the filters entered were actually followed. I don't care if the apartment is painted in gold if it doesn't meet my needs. Additionally I would love to be able to view the apartment floorplan instead of the Trulia filler pic.
4 ★Good except hard to change criteria
1 ★I keep getting asked if I've heard back from a property that I emailed and no. Ive never gotten a call back or an email from any property I have contacted which leaves me to believe they do not update this app with accurate information which means, looking for an apartment, this app is useless.
3 ★Although I have more filters, I believe the app mainly filters on location and price. Also, the biggest annoyance I have is not being able to enlarge Floorplan pictures when they're available next to pricing. The pictures never load and I only see the Trulia home image.
5 ★It would be a step up if it gave the option to look at all apartments across the US based on price or whatever filter. Like a universal mode. Or to select more than one state to browse at and compare. That would make this app awesome.
2 ★Worst rental search app by far. They constantly send notifications for houses that are not even close to what I'm looking for. Not a whole lot to browse either. I wouldn't reccomend this app to anyone.
5 ★The filters actually work unlike some other apps that rhyme with pillow and thumper. Love Trulia. Might be having the best of luck due to the fact that I'm looking at rentals and not purchases but either way, will be sticking with Trulia from here on out.
3 ★This is probably the best renters app available, which is insane because this app is so broken! Once you get to the phase of actually reaching out to landlords, its no longer user friendly and is confusing to use.
4 ★Its a good app because it helps you see location and rent for area. I love all the info provided in a neat and organized way. My only wish is that more listings could be provided including home owner rentals.
5 ★Out of all the rental apps out there this one is the best! I loved that I could filter the search to include dogs, and there was the least amount of scams on this app.
