3 ★Almost a great app. It's just so frustrating that it shows you results that don't match your filters. Example: if I filter for 2 bedrooms under 3500, don't show me apartment buildings with 1-2 bedroom apartments where the 1 bedroom is in my budget but the 2 bedrooms are not. It's quite simple - if none of the apartments match ALL my filters, don't show it.
4 ★Most property descriptions are incomplete. Not showing land size, and important information
3 ★Overall, Very good. Love the crime rate, schools, street view functions. The commute function does not usually function properly. If it did then it should be really great. It takes some work to filter out the construction plans from the existing houses. There is always room for improvement but again, overall very good.

5 ★EDIT: Everything is working again as of 04/20/21. Thank you. :) Original review: It was fine until it updated. now when I try to open floor plan images on different listings, it just shows me a white placeholder image. I've tried clearing cache and reinstalling, but I still can't view the floorplan images provided by the properties. please fix.
5 ★I love the Trulia App. Clean and easy to navigate through with information on the most prominent, limmediate questions one might have to start on their property/location search. it's generally accurate regarding the most current status of listed properties. I really appreciate the street views which provide a more contextual view of the neighborhood and neighboring areas-which plays a significant factor in consideration of any property and location.
5 ★Consistent listings provided to view and Trulia follows up if you're not finding anything.
1 ★Great app if you want to get notifications for house that don't meet your search criteria. I do not understand why when I create an account, sign up for notifications, all the recommendatios do not meet my filter of property size? This is worse than Zillow!

5 ★The Email for info is next to the back button on my phone. I'm frequently, accidentally hitting it. It's so fast, I can't stop it and can't un- request info. Sorry. But it's getting aggravating. Alex is super nice and professional, but I'm just looking at the moment.
3 ★I find myself irritated that the app no longer gives acreage for properties that don't have it listed in the description. For some reason it now lists square footage - which is nice for a house but or apartment but not for someone interested in how many acres come with the property.
3 ★Usually the app is so helpful when looking for homes. But the last few times I've opened it it doesn't show any homes at all. I've even uninstalled app and downloaded again to see if it was just a glitch, changed my filters, etc. Nothing. My filters are basic 3bdr/2bath/....
