眠りたいのに眠れない方のために作りました。私が眠れなかった頃に作ったのですが、開発テストの最中によく眠気が誘われてウトウトしてしまうほどの威力抜群です。効果音程度にボーっと聞いていると音声が単調なので睡眠へと誘われます。よかったら使ってみてください。
