1 ★Ola gives a very low rate. And the kms to the drop location after taking the Ola trip. He shows less after dropping the location and pays the same amount. For example if we drop on 25 kms then we get paid for 15 kms ola current situation all the driver owners are giving people a lot of trouble earlier they were giving very good rate and kms but now ola is looting .
1 ★KYC verification function is not working it's just add for show up however when we try to click and verify it has redirect and no response received very much dissatisfied.

1 ★Email verifications is done only by laptop or desktop. If u try from mobile then it's never verify your email verification while registering as a new user.

1 ★You can't connect to customer care it's 5th time I have been scammed by ola passenger and there is no option in app to direct contact to helpline to confirm on the spot about payment
1 ★Fare is too less and I didn't get toll also I'm very fade with this. There is not available call support like uber. I drove cab sonipat to Bawana after 1st Stop Bawana to manesar almost 116 km and I got only ₹ 1100 my mcd kundli toll and manesar KMP toll is not included
1 ★Ola app is very worst for auto drivers unnecessary charging 40 platform charges and too much of high commission this will may effect to ola customer's and drivers . Nowadays auto drivers are not using ola app if ola giving incentive options also. Customer and drivers are suffering ola and showing 1km pickup after accept showing 2, 3 km pickup fighting customer and driver for money due to pickup distance. Its not good for ola.
