2 ★App is sluggish, even after cancellation of the booking it is my booking stays active. And it charges me fine when I'm canceling it again.
2 ★oh dear, you so need to fix bugs.. ola logo won't appear. it can not fetch my location even after an hour. small thumbs are not appearing which is making me very reluctant to this app. small thumbs even that 'location pin '. well very pleased to know that we can pin places where we want to roam. edit: uninstalling the app and moving to the original app. as i can not deal with this app anymore.
2 ★I have been using this for more than a year now. Initially I found the light version handy and didn't take up much space in my phone. But the update is giving me trouble for quiet some time now. It logs me out and then I have to enter the OTP for it which it doesn't accept in the first instance (thus I have to repeat the process of entering the otp.) After which it gives me a security call and I have to comply to the instructions. And this happens all too often which has become a hazard for me.
1 ★Bakwas app Unble to log in with any single options. Tried with mobile number, Google account & facebook login. This aap is good for nothing
3 ★It's logs out frequently... Should stay logged in. Otherwise very good app.. fits the purpose!!!
4 ★Gets the job done quick. Doesn't show the GPS location of Ola bikes though.
1 ★The app is not well integrated. Doesn't work with map. Rides are booked minutes after you have already stoped searching.Then they charge you money for that. There are clear instructions to submit you problem to the support... only thing is that you can never follow those instructions. Cause the whole thing is a loop which takes you back to the instruction page. Great job. Finally I got tired of searching and decided to uninstall the app.
1 ★Horrible app. I downloaded it for the first time, put in my phone number and suddenly it shows your account is blocked. This was my first time using that app. As directed by them, I emailed their support staff. Useless support staff! They email me back that my account is permanently blocked and they can do nothing about it. At least tell me why my account has been blocked. But no response.
1 ★Worst experience.driver not picking up the call. Eventhough v specifies the issues penalty in next ride added...same happening again and again . No customer care option also. Available number not able to contact
1 ★Faltu app. Sometimes show me car.. but driver says he didn't receive any booking. Then i book another..its shows booking canceled but driver already reached to pickup.then i try another one app shows their is something wrong with booking so i booked a UBER.. then ola driver call me saying he reached to the pickup point. 3 cancellation. 150 penalty on my account.
1 ★at first this app was good , but recently when i was trying to book a cab , the app was confirming the booking but that was'nt showing the otp. I was'nt able to see that even in the your rides section . and it booked nearly 10 cabs at a time without otp. even the drivers were not able to resolve that thing and failed in finding the otp in ola lite app . it was a worst experience I've ever had . that too in an emergency situation . please kindly resolve that and make it user friendly.
