5 ★Love this! Since I became sick this allows me to do my shopping online and pick it up rather than ask someone to do my shopping for me. Always kind and courteous and helpful. Thank you so much for this app so I can have some independence! Now if you could expand delivery to my area I would be ecstatic! LOL!
1 ★This app keeps freezing. I can only browse for about 30 seconds before it freezes up. I have been trying for 2 days now and I still haven't been able to add everything to my cart that I need. Might be fine for a few items but I dont have the time to keep restarting the app to get what I need. Very disappointing.
1 ★The service is awesome...the app is awful. Super laggy, unable to add groceries, and when it is time to check-in to pick up groceries it will not let me. I can't see if groceries are ready for pickup as it won't load...I end up just getting an email that they are ready. When I first started using the app is was great... now unusable. Too bad...as I was using this every week to pick up groceries. Please fix it!
3 ★We love using grocery pick up, but the app is increasingly frustrating. When trying to look at my "favorites" it will only show the pantry items. The info/pricing of products no longer shows the price per unit like the labels on the shelves at the store. This makes comparing prices mich less convenient. When searching for items, if I click on an item to look at it closer and push the back button, it takes me back to the previous searched item. It's taking far too long to find my groceries.
2 ★I was grateful to be able to avoid a dreadful trip to the store with a 3yr old, but the amount of bags my $40 order came with was depressing. No joke, I had 14 plastic bags altogether, with 12 of those bags only containing one item!!! I feel like I just suffocated a small part of the ocean.🐋🌍😥. (I worked at walmart in college and I get there's a certain way to bag, I get it.. but my grapes, tomatoes, celery, lettuce, green pepper, and onion did not need to be bagged individually)
2 ★Frustrating. Items are limited and often out of stock *in the app*. For example - Great Value Round Top white bread is a pretty big seller in the store but it's not on the app. The Great Value white sandwich bread is on the app but frequently *listed* as out of stock - but if you're looking at the app while you're standing in the store looking at full shelves, that makes no sense at all. And that was my experience for several basic items.
1 ★I understand this is a new app. Ive tried using it 3 times. The 1st was ridiculous. It caused my debit card to be turned off. Long drawn out calls to fix it. The 2nd time went great! The 3rd time & more than likely the final time. 2 calls to customer service. The 1st lady could hardly understand me & put through a 2nd charge! For the same order! I had to call back and now I have to wait 2-4 business days to get MY money back AND still do NOT have my order! Seriously! Fix this!!
1 ★Opened and closed the app several times while trying to place an order of about 40 individual items and every single time I got stuck at a point where the items I added to my cart would remove themselves immediately and I wouldn't be able to add anything else to my cart. It stopped letting me add items to my cart just before the order total cost reached $30 which is the minimum to spend so I cant do anything except waste time. Broken app
1 ★Terrible app. I only gave it one star because it probably works for someone out there. Truthfully I would give it zero stars from my perspective. Can't get it to load. I have Uninstalled and re installed it about 5 times with no success. I ordered my groceries using my laptop and love it. Tried to use the app on my phone to check in when my order is ready. It tries to load, then nothing. I have not yet been able to use this app after trying for 2 months. I give up.
3 ★Ok. Love the ability to order online and go pickup at the store. There are actual software bugs with it, tho. The app keeps freezing. Freezing to the point that over the last 10 days, i have unistalled and reinstalled it 11 or 12 times and it still keeps happening. Does not happen with any other app on my phone. This is my only complaint. Thank you
1 ★Love the idea and very user friendly. However, I hate that I chose a time for pickup but a lot of the time, my order isn't ready. For instance this morning chose pickup from 7-8am. It's 730, and I haven't even gotten the notification it's ready. 🤦🤦🤦
5 ★I love this app. I have used it since it came out. Makes grocery shopping quick and easy, since i am very busy it helps out so much!! Have never had a problem. Customer service at pick up is 10 times better than what you get at the register!!!
