1 ★I can't get in anymore. The fingerprint option is no longer available, and when I try to login using my wire information it says it doesn't recognize my user name and password. The fingerprint option was working great for me. Update: It is 2/11/19, and it is doing it again. Fingerprint isn't working, and the app does not recognize my wire sign in info. Please fix.
2 ★This is useless to me. I get on just fine at the store on their computers. On my cell phone I can't get on. It shows a place for signing in, which I do, but it always comes back saying that my sign in/passwprd are incorrect. I use the same ones I use for the company computer...and double check to make sure I have it right. Frustrating that I can only check on my schedule when at work.
1 ★This app used to be useful and easy to use; unfortunately, it is now a mess. After reluctantly deciding to opt for the two step verification, the WM app has shown me it was a bad idea after all. I can't log into my schedule, and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times; as well as turned off my phone for a little reset in the hopes it would all help. Instead, I am still welcomed by an Error message, and am unable to use the app. Time to step up your app game.
1 ★Awful app. Says it gives you a place for fingerprint ID, but usually won't authenticate the fingerprint. The username and password you use as backup is also not recognized, so you end up locked out. The apps main purpose is to allow you to easily monitor your schedule, but since you cant see it, its just a big fat waste of time.
3 ★yes! I have figured out how to get past all of the grief every time the app has an update. So, forgive me if someone, out of the thousands of people who have downloaded this app, has discovered it as well. Periodically, go into your app store and check out the apps already downloaded on your phone. Find the Walmart schedule app, Is there an update available? Don't update it! First, uninstall the Walmart schedule app and then reinstall it. No problems! Just a fresh new updated app!
2 ★I'm not even able to login at all. I was able to last week but now it will not allow me to login while I'm at home. How am I supposed to be able to check my schedule that is being changed???? Keeps saying failure to login keep trying.... All of my credentials are correct. Yes I have installed and uninstall the app multiple times, and that did not help. 😪
1 ★This app when you can work it is good. It helps. But when you add a security measure that is so broken to "help" and not tell anyone how to work it. You kill the usefullness. The developers need to rework the app and the wire website. The push notifications dont work. The security code app is a joke cause it only works once then the wire dosent recognize the code it gives you. Just let us log in to see our sechedule. How hard is that. No one wants to mess with a walmart employees sechedule.
1 ★This app is crucial to me being able to keep my job, which is why it ticks me off. The 2 step verification is idiotic and works only like 10% of the time if you're lucky. It should really only have to display like 3 pages max, but it's more complicated than many much larger apps. If you justify the 2 step verifying for "security," it's only secure because nobody, not even I, can access it. I need a functional app. Schedules are changed often and i need to know when they are.There isn't a website
1 ★I was fine with the occassional crashing, but once I had updated: loading takes much longer, I press the "log-in" button more than 3 times, and a network error occurs, which doesn't make much sense to me, my LTE is just fine and my WiFi is full throttle. Even if I manage to see this week's schedule, it immediately crashes why I try looking uo for next week. May as well start printing and taking pics of my schedule from the store's computers' itself.
1 ★Does not work at all not with the update. when I try to open the app the first time closed out and ask to restart it. Restart it and then closes out again and says the app has stopped working. I've already tired restarting my phone, reinstalling the app and samething every time. It's very frustrating and it's a hassle to have to log into the wire app to check my schedule cuz I have to verify each time and I only work weekends so hard for me check my schedule when im not there. Please fix this!!
1 ★Its time to update this comment. I understand for security reasons we need a two step verification but why not use facial recognition. It would be way easier and also it would be less time consuming and less frustrating. Right now I cant even login. Too much security and when I get it right it glitches and says I have an incorrect password or username. This is so frustrating. Please fix it. Oh and by the way onewire is the laughing stock of the internet. It doesnt work most of the time either.
1 ★with my old phone that app would work a few days every week but since I put in my notice and later upgraded my phone it won't let me log in to the system at all. when I started I was told by personal that it rarely works and to just right it down or if it worked take a screenshot to have on you when it refuses to work. app is very unpredictable and unreliable.
