The LYNX Connect Android App works with Honeywell LYNX Touch L5200, L5210 and L7000 security systems that are outfitted with a Wi-Fi or Ethernet alarm communications module or Ethernet alarm communications module. It provides local control of the security system, and if so equipped, control of Z-wave enabled lights, locks, thermostats, and more. It also adds the ability to view system cameras from your Android device. And it’s a terrific way to help you save money on your energy and utility bills, conserve resources and live a more comfortable, efficient lifestyle. Consult with your security dealer and ask if your system and home network supports the LYNX Connect app prior to purchase.

5 ★This app is simple to set up. I'm not sure what some peoples problems are. It took 10 seconds to connect to L7000. Once connected, it connects within 2 second of clicking the app icon. Works flawlessly on Lg G2 and Asus tablet.

3 ★If all you want to do is arm or disarm your system, this app is fine, but if you want to program and set up schedule lighting on and off times and other home automation this app is not very well thought out. You have to jump around from three different screens to set rules, then schedules and then scenes. Each area has limited options, even for something basic like scheduling the time you want a light to come on and when you would like it to turn off. I expected a much better.

2 ★A few issues. First I am a license installer, seemed to work reasonably well on my Nexus 5 using KitKat, I have upgraded to a Nexus 6 using Lollypop, now the video services does not work. Had to use the homeowners iPhone to adjust cameras... Not good. Also it seems voice does not work on iOS. Any suggestions? Thanks sorry L5200, WIFI and zWave installed.

4 ★Love the concept behind the app! Been waiting years for one that works with L5100. Everything in this app seems to function with an L5100 except the arm and disarm feature. Please consider adding this functionality.

2 ★Do you have to register the SIM card on the chip in your security system to use this? Do you have to sign up for a monthly plan? Is there anyway just to hook your phone up to the security system without paying a fee (besides the app)?

1 ★My lynx 5200 w/wifi adapter installed and set up does not allow me to link with my Galaxy S5 phone.

4 ★Quick response easy to set up on lynx 7000. Wish it would connect automatic when sensing wifi instead of opening the app. Once signed on it remains connected until out of range again. But very handy app to have.
