The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Use the ReSound Smart 3D app to:
• Enjoy optimization anywhere with ReSound Assist: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.

• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids

How to install ReSound Smart 3D APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★The resound app does not live up to its advertised capabilities. The settings in the creation of “favorites” and to fine tune the standard environments are lost when switching between environments or when the hearing aids are turned off. Resound is aware of the limitations but have no plans to add these capabilities. Resound aids are also currently having connectivity issues with the newest iPhones.
3 ★I've worn hearing aids since age 5, and I'm now 42. There is only one problem. When streaming music to a speaker, if I walk too far away from my phone, music stops and switches to my hearing aids when I come back. I would love to be able to turn off media streaming to my aids but still use them for phone calls while streaming to external speakers - other devices allow this. Fix this and you get 5 stars.
1 ★I've got my ReSound One hearing aids on Dec 2nd 2021. The doctor set me up and we installed this app. It worked very well until a few weeks ago. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was good but then I lost communication to my phone. I couldn't hear my phone calls, listen to music etc.. I checked the Bluetooth connection, It was good. I reloaded the app, now can't access it completely. My Bluetooth shows its connected but it will not allow me access anything. It loaded and work well on my i-pad
1 ★Initially both were connected and I was just beginning to learn to use the app. I received a phone call which evidently only connects to the left aid and from then on problems with the app. I no longer am able to control or customize the environment. Only the left will connect now despite turning airplane mode off and on (which shouldn't be the fix anyway since it is a known problem and the app needs fixing!). And, streaming music and connecting calls should be optional, not forced.
1 ★there's better products than this one for Androids. Constantly loses connection to the phone even though they are only two feet apart. you don't have a feature to check battery level on Android version of the app. the phone clip sucks every time you view another app the audio notification beeps to indicate the phone clip had been connected and then less than five seconds later it beeps to indicate it has disconnected. then it repeats multiple times, very annoying. Better experience with Phonak
1 ★Samsung Galaxy S20 plus. I have had connectivity issues from day one. I had to reboot the phone frequently, but it would work after a fashion. When Android 12 was released, I lost the ability to stream all together. The customer support number I was given was a waste of time. She just followed a script and made no attempt to diagnose the issue. I don't know whether to get an apple phone or different hearing aids. I DO NOT recommend if you have an Android
3 ★The bluetooth connection constantly disconnects...rendering my aid basically useless..very annoying! Can't wait for the company to update their system for Android users! I have a Galaxy S8 and it would be beneficial for me to uplink my aid to my phone. These two issues I hope get resolved very quickly! Hearing aids are NOT CHEAP! The aids themselves are awesome!! But, a faulty app is really making regret my purchase.... Other than that, I love the operating system! The app is user friendly.
2 ★ReSound has changed this app so that my older Android phone can no longer use it. This leaves me with two high-end hearing aids, bought 1 1/2 years ago, and no way to control them other than take them off and push buttons on the back. No one warned me in advance (they say they sent an email to the retailer, but no one told me), and, in any case, it leaves me with three options 1) no on-line control (a big selling point of the hearing aids), 2) new cell phone (otherwise unneeded) or 3) new hearing aids. Bad move ReSound!
1 ★To begin, I had to replace my phone with a newer one because they didn't support my original and it wasn't that old. It didn't work very well. It pairs badly and when it does it drops out like crazy. I sent my hearing aids in for repair, I didn't get the same pair back. They were different from each other, so now it only pairs with one of them. I updated the app, it works very much better FOR ONLY ONE OF MY HEARING AIDS. And NO ReSound, I don't want to turn on my location just to pair. Streaming never worked which makes dealing with phone calls a hassle. Lastly, I will be replacing these hearing aids soon. For my first pair, I have learned a lot. I will be avoiding this brand for sure.
1 ★I have been using this app since Sept 2018 on a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Up until January 2020, the app appeared to work fine. Since then it will not retain sync with the aids. When I do get the aids to sync, it lasts maybe one hour if I am lucky. I contacted Resound about the problem, but none of the suggestions offered wored. I have even tried Resound's suggestions on this site, but also without success. This app is no longer functional.
1 ★My hearing aids were intolerable with this app. One hearing aid would stop working in the middle of a phone call, streaming an audible book, etc. Had to open and close battery case to reset, then sometimes the other hearing aid would quit working. In addition, my phone would ring in my hearing aids, but when I answered the phone I couldn't hear the caller. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and performance got worse. App in theory is great, in practice it's unusable.
2 ★The app works as intended, however it is missing the streaming functionality. The phone clip is not good. Please make the streaming functionality a top priority. Updated: Will the streaming functionality work on the updated Android Q? I am part of the beta program and would like to test it out if it's offered. Updated sept 3. When is streaming capability available for enzo 3d?? Phone has been updated to android 10 and it now supports BLE.
