3 ★Location status works like 60-70% of the time. There have been more than a few times were I highlight/select a specific bus/route, but yet the location of the bus does not appear. Just the highlighted route. OR, the bus appears on the screen but doesnt change its location. You have to, repeatedly, force stop the program and re-open it to get the updated location.
4 ★A must have app if you rely on public transportation in the areas serviced by LYNX. The GPS tracker allows u to know exactly where your bus is. I would have given a 5star if the were more consistent with departure schedule.
3 ★I think that the app is overall great. When I first started using the application yesterday I noticed that the application Would panoff and a direction on the map. Whenever I would try to move it it would do the same thing but sometimes it would be unresponsive. Overall I think the app is great it should just fix the issue or any bugs on it.
3 ★This app is semi helpful but it needs to be updated and sone new features added. For example how far the buses are from your exact location and a gyroscope. Some other feature to that woukd make it a bit more useful for the uset in regards to getting the information we need to get a bus , how far it is and how long it would take to get to our destination
1 ★This app is complete garbage. Half the time when you go on and look for a bus it does not show any buses listed for the bus you are looking for. One time I was waiting for the 40 and it never came so I checked the tracker app and it showed no 40 buses on the map. 5 minutes later as I am walking thinking there is no 40 it shows up and drives right past me. I called lynx the next morning and they confirmed the app is glitchy most of the time and will not always display a bus even though the bus is right next to you or close by. Well then I said that defeats the purpose of the app if over half the time the app does not show the bus I need! They said sorry there is nothing we can do about that. Um yes there is.... it's called contact your app developer and have them update and fix the bugs and glitches in the app. Typical lynx doesn't care about their customers. I am just saying. Fix the app....
3 ★So far this app works pretty good. I have been using this app for about two weeks, and most of the time it's pretty accurate. The only bad thing is, that some of the routes don't always show the information you looking for. Now I have using this for over a month, and I don't have any complaints. It's works pretty good and It helps me know when the bus is actually coming.
5 ★This app helps in so many ways. You can close out every route except the one you need or you can leave them all up it's at your discretion
4 ★It's a great app when drivers have their GPS turned on. What's really annoying though is the map constantly moves and it didn't do that on my previous phone. So I don't know what's going on there. Fix the map from moving, and make drivers keep GPS on and then it'll get 5 stars from me.
4 ★it's almost always working and 90 2% of the time it's accurate but there are ghosts buses. what I mean by this is that you can clearly see a bus driver right in front of you that is not showing up on the app therefore if you're waiting for that bus and it's not on the app when it drives right in front of you you just missed it... Again
4 ★The app is great for showing me in real time where my bus is so I know when it's coming down my street or if I missed it if I was running late. There are times though the my single bus route I save on the map doesn't show unless I turn on every single bus route which in turn makes it hard to locate my single bus route. Otherwise great app.
1 ★Not all buses show on the routes and the times are not always accurate. There have been too many times to count, when I have missed buses due to the app not being accurate. Even if I give or take 5 minutes. I have missed crucial appointments costing me hundreds of dollars for relying on the app. Buses have even shown on the app that werent even there. I cannot give it more than 2 stars. It also lags a lot. Not crazy about this app
4 ★Love the app, just wish certain buses would show up more often, most esp in the heat,cold,rain,wind...New to the app, I didn't know the side swipe,plan a trip area nor that you can click on and off certain routes that you don't plan on using because of where & when I dwnloaded the app,like while waiting for & getting on a crowded bus...lol..not the best time to do that but we're human & fallible,plain & simple. People at bus stops always appreciate when I show them where the buses are
