5 ★Bought this for our 5 year old today and read three stories already. The interactive sounds as well as the mini projector was just perfect for us. Fantastic little buy. Used the same login code for both my wifes and my phone so we can both login if one of us is away or busy. i look forward to more stories to watch read and listen to with my children
1 ★This could be so much better! Why on earth doesn't this app offer professionally recorded narration? Instead you have to try to hold the projection steady while at the same time reading from the phone screen (part of which is covered by the projector clamp). I prefer to project the images on the ceiling because our walls are painted dark. It would be nice to just set the phone down on the bed instead of holding it awkwardly. Such an obvious missed opportunity to make this product more functional
5 ★Wish there were more individual stories available, but otherwise we love this!
2 ★This is really cute and we enjoyed it the night we bought it. Now I cannot get the app to work. It keeps saying it failed to open then immediately another message pops up saying I need to close the app for not working. I reatarted my phone, uninatalled then reinstalled and still won't work. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Please fix this.
2 ★Please fix your app. If I already "downloaded" the stories I purchased once, I shouldn't need to re-download each time I have not used the app in a while. If I paid for the stories then they should belong to me. I should not have to depend on your app that is fickle to perform correctly and let my child down when there is download error. No more purchases until you fix this (and I own majority of your stories.)
3 ★So this is really cute! I'd like to purchase more but not sure if it's worth the price. Also when I downloaded the app it had a sample story of the ugly duckling. Very cute, however I don't have a slide projector for the ugly duckling lol would be cuter if that came with the projector when bought as well as the stories purchased.
1 ★I can't even get to the website to activate, I can get anywhere else online just fine but everytime I try the moonlite.world/activate it always says error!! What's the use of buying this product if I cannot even activate it to use for my daughter?!? I spent almost $75.00 on these moonlite products for my toddler to enjoy and that was a waste of money.
1 ★Neither Book Available. Don't sell a product when its only half supported. Neither book is available from the app...just Coming Soon. Extremely disappointed on twins 5 yr Bday, no less.
1 ★The app keeps kicking me out before I can log in. my son got this for xmas and I just bought another book and im disappointed to say the least. please fix it so I can read to my son! I keep trying every few days to read a story and nothing will come up exept for "error Moonlite has stopped working" and you can report it or say okay and get outta the app. thats it.
1 ★I recently bought the set and downloaded the app and was able to set up an account and redeem my code but later that day I tried to open the app and it won't even open now. Very frustrating and now my son is disappointed..
2 ★It's nice but please make it note 10 + compatible because it is hard to line up. Also can you make it an option to silence music in the background if you so choose? It seems the music is louder than some sound effects and that makes it no fun. Hopefully you will be able to fix these things and keep improving on Moonlite because my daughter loves it!
1 ★Although it is thoughtfully designed and updated tech in an effort to build a nice experience to connect with your kids, the app and story is overly priced for what you get and the projector is a clip on. trying to slide the projector while it is clipped onto your phone and tablet is definitely difficult and cumbersome. the projector ended up scratching my screen. Do not buy.
