2 ★The sock is a great concept but the app needs serious improvenent. It's always "searching for base station" or telling me that it isn't on. Some nights I spend an hour just trying to get it to work. I can't tell you how many times I have completely unplugged the base, restarted my phone, and reinstalled everything. We were really excited at first but since have been dissapointed.
3 ★Overall the hardware and app are awesome. The app is ok but pretty limited - on startup it can spend 30s finding the base station; which causes a bit of anxiety if you want to check everything is ok. The app only shows the current reading and not historical data - which is disappointing. The warning system for adjusting the sock position is a little harsh. causing a few frights at first but after attaching a few times we got a good fit. There's a lot to improve but it's a good start.
4 ★A week ago I would have said 5 before our first malfunction in 8 months that almost gave me a heart attack. The base station sound for red while in another room is not loud and if you don't have your phone on you are likely to miss the notification, especially if you are asleep. Besides this our experience has been great. Just ensure correct sock placement and we haven't had any issues.
4 ★I love this product. I got it as a gift to use for my son. The app allows me to see his oxygen levels and heart rate the whole time he is sleeping. I'm no longer worrying constantly when I'm out of the room. of course I still check up on him as this is not a substitute. The only reason I didn't give this 5* is because one time the alarm of the device rang indicating "lower than normal oxygen" yet he was fine. I'm glad it was just a false alarm but I didn't like waking up to a false alarm.
5 ★night saver! love the device! I couldn't picture our lives without it! app review: statistics could be beneficial. low battery alarm (20% is still a lot!) shouldn't wake you up at 4 AM. I would wake for 5%.. 20 could carry until morning.
4 ★I love everything about this. When he doesn't wear it I get anxious. I can also check it from litterally anywhere. Example I went to my work out class a few miles away while he was sleeping (don't worry daddy was home) and I could still see his stats!! My only complaint is the monitor has to be in his room and it's kind of bright.
5 ★As new parents to our little blessing Aria. This has been hands down the best investment wr have made yet. so much peace of mind with it. i don't know how anyone could go without this. never a nervous nighr since birth because of it. now we're almost 3 months in to using it and its mandatory - bedtime=owlet time. even as we speak her mom is fast asleep and sleeping peacefully knowing that if anything happens our whole house goes into alarm mode lol. dont hesitate- get it!!!
1 ★This app is really nice to have to monitor your babies breathing and heart rate. The part that is extremely inconvenient is when it logs you out, and when you try to log back in it tells you your account is locked. It's extremely annoying.
3 ★I like it however. it keeps telling me my son is wiggling when I'm watching and or holding him and he is so still so it womt give me a reading and then the alarm goes off saying it cant read him.. I dont know of I need a new one or what but I'm pretty upset about this. as my sons heart and apnea monitor have been taken back by the doctors so this is my supposed to be my peace of mind...
4 ★I love the smart sock. it gives me such great piece of mind! however I've noticed it's taking longer and longer for the alarm to reach my phone. it goes off on the base just fine, and last time the alarm on my phone was half the lullaby then it stopped while the base kept going.
5 ★this product gives me ease at night to sleep while he is asleep. the app kept crashing, it done that twice. I would open the app and it would close in about 3 seconds. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, after that it's been perfect. I lovd it.
5 ★Great app and great product. The sock is nice and firm (love that it comes in different sizes) and gives a separate alarm if it comes off proper position (has never happened from my childs movement, only when I change him at 3am and forget the sock is there as I pull the onesie leg). Nice clear app that let's me know of bubs is wriggling or what depth if sleep hes in (based on heart rate). Has never false alarmed either!
