- la possibilità di georeferenziare la segnalazione, attraverso l'interazione con lo stradario comunale o puntando direttamente in un punto specifico sulla mappa della città
- descrivere la problematica che si sta segnalando
- categorizzare opportunamente la segnalazione rispetto alla tipologia (strade, verde pubblico, rifiuti, relitti urbani, scritte murali, etc..)
- corredare la segnalazione di foto che ne documentano lo stato di fatto
- sollecitare l'intervento attraverso l'inserimento di note aggiuntive alla segnalazione inviata in precedenza
- monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle segnalazioni inviate.
Per poter inviare nuove segnalazioni è necessario effettuare una registrazione che richiede pochi dati essenziali, tra i quali il proprio nominativo e l'indirizzo email, necessario per l'attivazione dell'account.
