Gioca Mensa di Uga è il gioco realizzato dal Comune di Firenze in collaborazione con Muse Firenze e con il supporto di Cirfood, Camst, Elior, Dussman e Eutourist che coinvolge e porta i piccoli giocatori alla scoperta del percorso che gli alimenti fanno per arrivare sulle tavole dei refettori e sensibilizzare i ragazzi ad un consumo consapevole e piacevole dei cibi.Gioca Mensa è un hub di giochi e attività che introducono ai seguenti temi:
- Filiera corta: far scoprire ai bambini da dove vengono le materie prime che ogni giorno vengono utilizzate per la preparazione dei pasti;
- Organizzazione: chi si occupa della definizione del menù? In che modo viene strutturato? Chi cucina i pasti che tutti i giorni finiscono sulle tavole dei bambini del Comune di Firenze?
- Varietà e curiosità dei piatti: veicolare tramite i giochi l’importanza dell’assaggio. Far capire ai bambini che è importante assaggiare sempre tutti i piatti presenti nel menù.
- Spreco: in ogni singolo gioco e attività il messaggio da comunicare è che ogni briciola ha valore e nulla deve essere sprecato, anche e soprattutto a scuola!
