1 ★Rental does not stop until you hit Pay, despite having entered the payment information before the rental starts. Should have a clear end ride button. Very poor design that resulted in my first rental running for an hour after I thought it had been completed. Lime and Bird apps are designed much better.

1 ★The app is terrible, had to reboot multiple times to make it work. State and user management is inconsistent at best, entirely broken at worst. Once I finally got it working, the scooters are awesome.

2 ★The app hung on phone a few times. it keeps saying that it was loading. This was after we had unlocked a ride. i had to kill the app and reload it to end the ride. This costs time and since i am paying for time, time is money.

1 ★Server Request Error. Not the Only one experiencing this. Bolt refuses to address/fix the issue

4 ★App is fairly turn-key and easy to use. Oddly, it has a section for the Bolt Baton program but not the option to sign-up. An inquiry with their responsive Customer Service rep turned this into a true mystery because they had never heard of the program. Paging Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys.

1 ★They double charged my account, support lady was rude, app glitches, hard to lock scooter back up threw the app so it stops the timer and stops charging your account money cause of how bad the app is! The list goes on and on. Looking forward to trying another scooter app....

3 ★I took my first ride on a Bolt yesterday, after riding Lime and Bird scooters. The battery power and speeds were fine for a 3 mile ride from Alberta District to Lloyd. I did not like the foot hold setup at all. I felt like I would break my ankles if i hit a bump wrong and didn't feel that I would be able to jump off as quickly as a scooter like Lime/Bird, where you stand sideways on the platform. I will ride Bolt, only as a last resort to Lime and Bird.

2 ★Time consuming and user unfriendly app. Took me ten minutes to actually rent the scooter. Scooters are too slow in comparison to other scooter rentals. I tried unsuccessfully to rent three separate scooters for my ride back and each were our of service.

1 ★Constantly having issues with their app. Scooters are somethimes no where to be found. Sometimes can't unlock scooters for no apparent reason. Sometimes it says its down for maintenance then a minute later its back up again. Sometimes it shows no scooters.

1 ★I love riding the scooter to the beach and back, fun to ride. Gave one star due glitches with the app. It doesnt lock often or doesn't unlock. The it service needs to get better, very frustrating. Use bird instead, SEAMLESS UX.

1 ★Installed. "Server request error." .... .. ......garbage! Zero stars.

3 ★Just walked to a scooter to use $5 free credit and it wouldn't authorize my card. kind of annoying walking back. You should ask for the credit card deposit when I make my account so I can make sure it's setup correctly.
