No. We work hard with the cities to keep the streets clean and accessible for everyone. Please return your Donkeys to specific drop-off locations when you are done for the day.

5 ★I love this service, I used it in Munich. LOTS of bikes specially in the downtown area, I was able to park my bike right in front of the hotel I was staying at cause they have sports EVERYWHERE! I would highly recommend the €30.00 membership as it gives the most flexibility at 12 hours per rent. The only thing I would ask is for different types of bikes, maybe something faster or with a bigger basket for those who want to transport more stuff. I had a forgotten to cancel the membership after returning from Munich and they swiftly refunded the amount after I opened a ticket. So perfect support as well!
5 ★What a great rental service. I used it all weekend in Barcelona and i would highly recommend it. The quality of the bikes is good, easily adjusted with gears & luggage rack. The app works well but you need to make sure you go through all the steps to end the rental properly. I had an issue once & i contacted the support team & they refunded me when i explained what happened. The system works on gps, 4g & bluetooth so sometimes it might time out if reception is poor. Just do it again & it works
3 ★Great service with room for improvement. Bluetooth/gps accuracy depends on your phone, I struggled with the locks, while my boyfriend was done in seconds. Returning bikes can also be frustrating if the GPS signal is inaccurate. There should be an alternative to gps, like if you're in Bluetooth reach of other bikes that are parked at a drop off place. I'm also unsure if the bike rating system is effective as I never saw any changes/fixes. Overall I recommend this service if you are not in a hurry
2 ★App is a disaster. 2 stars only for decent bikes & support. You'd have to go through many steps just to rent, everytime. You find a bike on the map, but not in real life, you find a bike but the app just doesn't see it, or your location is completely off. There's no grace period, if you unlock, you're charged even if you lock back in less than 3mins due to faulty bike, thus, I had to contact customer support twice out of 3 times that I have used the service. Sadly uninstalling :(
2 ★i tried to rent two bikes in berlin from the same mobile. it was impossible. the accuracy of gps was many meters away. every time i had to lock and unlock the bike i spent almost half an hour to manage that. locking and unlocking must have photos that show you what you you have to do those seconds. the bikes were perfect while biking, thats why i didnt gine 1 star.
1 ★I don't know if it's my fault or the app is so inconvenient. I didn't see the option to switch the bike without reporting a problem. Also, when I tried to end the ride, the app didn't see that we were at the drop point and it took time to update location again and again. The actual ride was 24 min. But because I was stuck with switching the bike before the ride and the problem with GPS, they said it was 31 and 33 min for the ride. So they took €6.6 instead of €4.4 and I am very disappointed
1 ★As many people noticed this app is buggy. I waited for sms to come around 5-10 min, when it arrived I got 'no pending authorizations for this number'. It's so annoying! And no, DR, I don't want you to fix this, sending me an email or doing other so called 'assistance', I wanted to use your app to get places in the past you can't return. I suggest instead of meaningless reply you go fix your application, gentlemen. Anyways, walking is always free. Won't recommend this program at all.
1 ★This review for the service, not the app itself. We took two bikes for 6h each because actually you can hire a bike for predefined time, 2h or 6h, no 4h for example. We returned them back after 3h and guess what? Other 3h just disappeared. Just gone. No recalculation, no refund, no credits, nothing. This is not money question (-$12 tho), this is the service attitude. I won't use this scum again for sure. If you like to pay for what you don't use - use this service. P.S. be ready to spend 20 mins with locking / unlocking you bike too.
3 ★After using it a week, the app works decently well. First time rental needs to be clearer. There are bugs when (un)locking bikes (may be related to doing it with multi bikes). Bluetooth connection is slow. GPS is not always accurate. Quite annoying that it needs to reserve the current day's sum from the bank before returning the previous day's sum. I don't understand why it can't just reserve in incremental sums. Hard to get human customer support. Cheapest bike rental for long stays (5+ days).
2 ★Concept is good, but there are a lots of problems. First I was charged for a bike what I could not unlock. After finally I can get another one, but the breaks didn't work at all. The third bike was OK, but after I locked at a stop I couldn't unlock for like 15 minutes, finally application hard reset solved the problem. It's better to buy a bike for yourself or walk, because it's unrealible and expensive.
1 ★Regarding the app, is more or less ok to use but it failed twice to find my location (showed "weak GPS signal"), while google maps, had no problem finding it during the manual process. And then there is the risk to be charged if something happens after the end of rental because you set the location manually! But the worst of all was that after a ca, 10' drive from Mexikoplatz in Berlin, it gave me as drop off point...Mexikoplatz!!! And this while being in a hurry to start with an official game... And this while you can't see in advance the drop off points because as it says, "can change over time"! Finally, there isn't any German number to contact but only an Austrian one, which means that trying to get some support, it will cost more than a whole ride!
3 ★The bikes are good, I didn't use e-bikes, but I didn't like the charging method. Time starts to count even before we find a bike that can be unlocked. I believe it would be more fair if the rental time was counted from the moment the bike is unlocked for use, while I don't have a vehicle, I can't count the time of use, this is abusive and dishonest. Unfortunately, I lost money with this app, and also lost my action code.
