No. We work hard with the cities to keep the streets clean and accessible for everyone. Please return your Donkeys to specific drop-off locations when you are done for the day.

Monthly memberships
With a Donkey membership, you pay a fixed monthly fee and get a certain amount of free time per day. If you exceed the included daily free time, your rental is extended for a low fixed cost. Ideal for the daily commute and for a busy city life with multiple errands throughout the day. Valid in all Donkey cities.

1 ★Don't use these .They have good offers and bikes but when you need anything like in my case I had a bike for 24 hours yet needed to swap it as the battery died they just drop the call saying they are busy recall later .than because you did not place the bike back in a designated area they charge more don't say you was not warned
1 ★Took a couple of bikes, extremely low quality, heavy and badly maintained. Third bike couldn't lock so the rental couldn't end, outside work hours. Fourth bike, ebike, engine did not work. I switch, the app takes me in the middle of nowhere, no replacement bike after I lock and switch. I end the ride (paying the initial price) and find another bike 15 minutes away. Unlocks, but app is stuck on the "Unlocking.." message. If you want to pay to be late and frustrated, this is jus the app for you!
4 ★The app is great and easy to use. However I didn't understand where to find dropoff locations which caused me 1 km ride in the opposite direction of my final destination. I think this should be added in how to use information.
5 ★Very good and convenient service. We as tourists could cover bigger distances and find out more things. Bicycle roads are available everywhere, you don't have to worry too much. I think I made a mistake by ordering a 6-hour ride and after it ended, I did not order additional 6-hour ride, so additional 3 hours were charged by 15 min. But after applying the support, they examined the case, and I was refunded in my fair. I was very happy about the attitude towards customers. Bravo!
1 ★Misleading pricing: "1 day of usage for €2 flat rate Ride as much as you like at a flat rate of €2 for every 1 day". But actually you have to pay 2 euros each time you take the bike.
1 ★"My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. I followed all the steps for returning the bike properly and even took photos of the location where I returned it. Despite this, a large amount was wrongly deducted from my account. Even after proving that the bike was returned, they only refunded a portion of the amount. Customer support was slow and unhelpful. This company lacks accountability and does not seem to respect customers' rights. I do not recommend this service at all."
1 ★One day they removed all of the drop off locations where I live, then proceed charged me 10x the amount of the normal ride since I am dropping the bike "outside of the drop off". Now i can no longer find any bikes when I need them , I am never using this app again.

1 ★Total scam. You have to walk quite far to reach a drop off point. You might as well walk to your destination and save the 20€ they make you pay up front.
