Samsung Level is an exclusive application for Samsung Level products that support Bluetooth.SoundAlive (sound field effects), volume monitor, voice notification, and other extra features are available.
Features supported may vary depending on the smartphone model or connected Level product. Call notifications and missed call notification features are only available for Samsung smartphones.
Call notifications : Available for Galaxy Note 4 and above
UHQA Bluetooth : Available for Galaxy S6 and above
If you fail to connect after switching models, please try again after checking the pairing mode method below.
1. Level U/Active/Box Pro/Slim : Hold down the product Play/Pause button for about 3 sec.
2. Level U Pro/On Pro/Flex : Hold down the switch on the right hand side of the product (the Bluetooth icon) for about 3 seconds.
3. Level Box/Box Mini : Hold down the Bluetooth button on the back of the product for about 3 seconds.
4. Level Over : Hold down the Bluetooth button on the right hand side of the product for about 3 seconds.

The following access rights are required for service provisioning.
For optional access permissions, the default functionality of the service is enabled, although not allowed

- Location : The purpose for searching connectable devices for Bluetooth connection
- Call log : The purpose for giving the notification of missed call to user

- SMS : The purpose for checking the sender and contents of SMS when voice notification function is in operation
- Calendar : The purpose for checking calendar information when voice notification function is in operation
- Contacts : The purpose for checking incoming call information when voice notification function is in operation
If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, please update the software to configure App permissions.
Previously allowed permissions can be reset on Apps menu in device settings after software update.
Accessibility services can be turned on in this app.
Voice Notification in Samsung Level app is a feature that speaks out the notified message in mobile phone.
To listen to the notified message of mobile phone, accessibility service in Samsung Level app should be enabled.

2 ★I installed the samsung level app on my samsung A51 device and its not connecting to my u flex...also the interface on my screen is not the same as the pix on the app store here..any help?
3 ★Nice app but tells only battery of Bluetooth Headphones, should add more features and options to perform more operatins about the headphone.
3 ★I love these...sound is amazing. Only problem is that when you're connected via Bluetooth it disables the text notification from the phone. You can only hear it via the earbuds. After an online chat with Samsung it's a software issue. The phone rings via earbuds and phone for a call, just buds only for a text. Unless you wear the buds all day, you may get a text and not know it. I hope they come up with a software update to correct that issue. Have to check phone every 5 minutes for a text
2 ★It works fine only for a few days after installing. And then it doesn't connect to my Level U. I always have to reinstall it in order to make it work. Disappointing.....
3 ★I couldn't get the proper level of battery percentage. While I connect it to charger, it's not showing whether it's charging or not. It kept showing my battery is full, even when it's drained.
2 ★Request To Upgrade 3 Features in Device And application.- 1) Battery level should show in HR:MM remaining (with Percentage). 2) call can not be mute by button on Device. it should be mute by pressing the button. and by long press it should be disconnect/reject calls. 3) when incoming call rings Ringtone should be play in headphone with Vibrations same like Wired Headphone.
1 ★Not so good. App doesn't provide any option to disable the vibration setting from LevelU Bluetooth earphones. Please add this feature that i can disable the vibration from my earphones while receiving any call.
1 ★I wish I could give it 0 stars. Samsung level U doesn't show battery percentage of device on the phone. I thought this application would fix it. But there is just a battery icon. No percentage is seen. Useless app. Asks too much permissions
5 ★I have had nothing but an incredible experience with these headphones they are fantastic!! I love music and love to listen with it loud and with alot of bass and these headphones have never failed me in the slightest!! 💜

1 ★Terrible software that lets Samsung down. Constant problems. I have 2 Samsung level speakers and every day is hit and miss. You can spend 15 minutes to half an hour some days getting them to work properly. Sometimes while they're working they'll suddenly drop and won't connect again. Sometimes everything looks like it's working, there's just no sound. Yesterday they worked perfect, as soon as i switched then on. Today? No hope. They're not having it at all. Useless.
3 ★These have great sound, but the sound cracks in and out no matter what I do. I've had my sg9 in my arm band, shirt pocket, and side pocket onmy carpenter paints. I just use corded phones now because the cracking is so annoying.
