2 ★Worked just fine until I updated today. Are you kidding me? I cannot leave the tutorial screen. If it isn't broke don't mess with it!!!! ETA: if you can touch the very bottom of the app when in "tutorial mode" it will take you out. I had a very slim area to work with but got it. This should be fixed to make that area bigger, or to be able to back out of.

1 ★Literally can't do a single thing on this app. Won't load my Bluetooth speaker, wont let me exit the startup screen. Was really hoping this worked since I lost my remote.

1 ★All I want to use this for is the remote for my j series speaker, your app doesn't need location data for that or for finding speakers, that's bullsh#t. Also doesn't need storage cause I use deezer. Not allowing someone to use the app cause they don't allow those permissions it doesn't even need is very bad business practise

3 ★Recent update placed tutorial close off screen. You have to use the nav buttons to show all apps, then hold down onthe icon at the top center of the remote window. This will five the option to open it in a window so you can close the tutorial.

2 ★I have downloaded and reinstalled this program so many times and it always gets stuck on a tutorial screen. As per other comments, tap around the bottom and it will clear. Its obvious they need to fix the app

1 ★Randomly decides to switch the Soundbar to Bluetooth for sound! I have no clue why it does this. It literally just switches for no reason. Extremely annoying. I don't want to play sound from my phone, I want to play sound from my TV. The fact that it automatically switches is infuriating. It also is completely random. Right in the middle of viewing or playing, it'll just randomly switch. This needs to change.

1 ★Devs, pay attention to what users have been posting about this. Your app is useless unless you fix the tutorial glitch. No one can get out of the tutorial screen. This used to be a great app.

3 ★Why it is not working on the A71, on my previous S7 edge was working fine. It keeps stucked on the instructional page. My device is a Samsung soundbar R4series.

4 ★FIXED!!! Worked perfectly and then all of a sudden stoped working it was like I was on a frozen screen and I could click nothing. The fix: when you open the app you're going to see a skinny red bar at the bottom of the screen what that is, is a warning that you have to X out before the app will work. You have to go to settings and navigation and gestures and change it to a swiping navigation then when you open the app you'll be able to close the Red warning box and it'll work.

2 ★Not completely useless, but the display is definitely not correct on a Note 10, you cannot see the bottom part of the display to dismiss the Intro/Help text. You can press repeatedly on the lower right corner to dismiss though. After dismissing, in Settigns you can disable Help Text and it won't pop up again. it's odd that the equalizer you have to access from Now Playing and cannot from Remote Control, but it does work, so that's worth something.

1 ★Install app, connect to my soundbar, then nothing. App just is stuck on main screen. I try select any option and it does nothing. Uninstall this useless app immediately.

1 ★The initial tutorial screen is frozen on top and the app doesn't function. But, I was able to control the volume on the audio I was streaming. So, there's that I guess.
