2 ★Make Jaybird great again! These are the best sounding earbuds out there. They sound better than any $200+ buds hands down, but... you can't talk on the phone because people can't hear you, and the connection is really bad. I heard they closed the company, and they don't care about updates and making a new product. Shame

2 ★The earbuds worked well, until they didnt. The left side stopped working and after following all of the troubleshooting guides, it became clear that it just needed to be replaced. The replacement was never acquired and the still working right bud has been used for target practice. The app is decent but the customer service/support is atrocious. After about 2 hours of trying to give them my money, I gave up and have happily moved on to other brands. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

1 ★Very bad experience with the brand, consider other brand before getting yours. Had 2 pairs (X4 and vista) since 2020. Both are broken and just found out across the globe they don't have service centers. Surprise surprise, I never had an electronic product without service centers. Imagine the headach if your jaybird product broken and they're out of warranty (only 1 year warranty), the customer service telling you to basically throw it away. 1 ★I have never had more connectivity issues with a bluetooth device before than I do with my Tarah Pros. Absolutely miserable to use, and the app is almost no help whatsoever.

1 ★Jaybird: you need to release a patch fixing the current issues. Auto pause turns itself on every time I close the app, other software changes keep reverting, auto pause unpauses randomly now..

1 ★I've tried un installing and reinstalling but the app just doesn't open anymore.
